I do believe my dogs get great care here, and I’ve always had a positive experience. However, scheduling and timing is always an issue. You must drop your pet off; I have never been offered an appointment where I can wait for my pet to be seen. When noting a pickup time, shoot for earlier than you need because, in my experience, they wait until the last minute and push the pickup time. I live an hour away can run some errands in town waiting for a few hours, but I feel 9-1 is more than enough time for standard wellness appointments to be completed if time, scheduling and staffing were managed well.

This is the best vet I have taken my pups to, and we have been to a lot of vets throughout the state. The entire TC Banfield team genuinely cares for your pets like their own. I know both my dogs are in good hands when I bring them here for veterinary care. They don’t nickel & dime you or up charge/rip you off like most other vets. Dr. Ludka is amazing! Highly recommend this specific Banfield location.

Coming from a dog owner with two dogs that had been coming here for over ten years. This place used to have experienced veterinarian three years ago, now it's a young staff. I feel banfield let their patients down by not having a older more experienced veterinarian on staff. I now go somewhere else with my dogs seeing a veterinarian with thirty years of experience. Saved my dogs only eye by doing so. I could go on talking about my bad experiences over the past couple years. This place is a franchise from Washington, please take your animals somewhere locally owned.

I brought my cat in because she had a patch of balding fur the vet insisted it physic genie alopecia if that’s how you say it so I took her home and treated her for that. I was charged for a visit and I also purchased flea prevention stuff for them as recommended by the vet and gave it to them. My cat has fleas that’s all that’s wrong with her and the prevention medication they gave me did not work I’ve flea sprayed my whole house washed my cats and vacuumed everything and bedding all off it 3 times and I’m still finding them I’ve spent so much money and time ruined Christmas just because the vet did not check my cat for fleas never take your cat here they told me they wouldn’t give me a refund because I took to long to call back and complain

I took my dog in for a routine teeth cleaning and to get her shots. She came home not herself and she started vomiting blood, called the office and was told they were full to take her to ER or make an appointment for Monday. My dog passed Sunday morning, she obviously bled out. We did take her to another vet but it was too late
