Family Pet Health Center

I originally followed Dr Lisa from Lawton when that practice closed, and have now been with FPHC for about 5 years. I have had experience with all of the vets and most of the the techs and support staff and everyone is wonderful with my cats and dogs, (3 dogs, 5 cats). Every procedure is well explained, every charge is justified and the staff truly cares about my fur family members and are supportive. I absolutely recommend this practice to everyone.

So happy to have found this office! They got us in immediately with our injured cat and she wasn't even a current patient. Very detailed with options, spoke with our current vet while we were there and updated upcoming needed vaccinations. We are switching to this office, they are incredible.

Dr. Kathy and her Team have cared for my pets for over 15 years and consistently we are provided accurate, careful care with reasonable prices. They are dedicated to customer service and patient care and go to great lengths to resolve health issues and evaluate our concerns compassionately. I continue to be so grateful to Family Pet Health Center for the exceptional service they provide!

The people at the Center are very open about their love for animals. Dr. Crooks' warmth and understanding are very special. I knew that when I met her some 26+ years ago and she's still the same person today. Her knowledge and compassion set the bar high.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! The care provided to both of my pets was amazing. The technicians and doctor explained all of the steps of the well visit, preventative medications, and follow up care. It is obvious that the staff cares about their clients and patients. I would recommend this business to everyone!
