Fantastic place to get your dog washed! Price is a little pricier for a self wash ($14), but you do get to use free shampoo and conditioners and have a great facility that is clean and isn’t on a timer, so you can actually get your dog washed properly! Loved this place! Very easy and convenient to use, and I loved that you get the whole room to yourself so your dog isn’t distracted by other people or other animals. The staff is super nice and they do a fantastic job cleaning between uses and making you feel welcome here. I’m definitely grateful for this service. Wish there were more locations! Highly recommend!

I've posted several times about this place. The only thing I think I've forgotten to mention is the loyalty program/discount they give for purchases. Upon my purchase of 10 bags of dog food, I get the 11th for free. They also have other discount like this for other items. People should definitely check it out. I purchase a 34lbs of dog food every 2 weeks for my 3 large breed dogs, so this benefits me greatly.

I came in tonight because two cans of Intuition cat food had black spots all over it. I was worried it was mold so I asked to talk to a supervisor. Ethan came right up and we chatted for a second. He explained that this was actually a chemical reaction but still provided different cans for me to take home. After doing my research, he is correct! He handled the situation very well and had another employee, Hailey, there with him. Both were very, very kind and understanding. High praises as I am a manager myself. Kudos to the whole team for keeping the atmosphere very light and welcoming. Ethan still took pictures to talk to his manager about them so the accountability part was there too. (Ps. Hailey had the most adorable pup too!)

Great store! I have a lot of pets, and they always have something for my needs. The staff is very helpful with their recommendations, and are always willing to check the back for specific products or sizes for me. Dog wash station is awesome, and the staff is always very understanding and welcoming of our dogs. As rescued rabbit, guinea pig, and dog owners, we love that they have adoptable pets in store. The animals are well cared for, always have what they need, and the staff keeps a protective eye on them, preventing potential abuse from customers and/or customer's pets. It's good to know that they put animal welfare before a sale.

Fantastic pet wash station. They supplied towels, shampoo, hair dryer, and a fantastic wash tub that can accommodate any size, dog or small pony 😁. They also supply a rubber apron to keep the owner dry. Wonderful facility. Thank you Chowhound!
