We cannot thank the team at Michiana Veterinary Hospital enough for their incredible kindness and dedication. On Christmas Eve, when most people were wrapping up their day with family, Brooke and Dr. Payton went above and beyond to care for our beloved dog, Hooch. Brooke was amazing—she worked with us to secure a last-minute appointment, which alone was such a relief during a stressful time. Dr. Payton was exceptional, spending extra time explaining everything to us in a way we could clearly understand. He made sure we were comfortable with the plan for Hooch’s care and, most importantly, didn’t pressure us into making an immediate decision. Instead, he gave us the knowledge and time to make an informed choice that was best for our dog and our family. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication mean the world to us. Staying late on Christmas Eve is no small gesture, and we are deeply grateful for their help and support. Hooch and our family will always remember the kindness shown by Brooke, Dr. Payton, and the entire team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We will be back. First off, the facility is gorgeous, this was one of the reasons why we made the change. Secondly, the staff is very welcoming. My dog is a very anxious doodle (aren’t they all🤣). I was worried he wouldn’t do well but he did so well and loved the assistant and Dr. Robyn! We will be back like I said! The prices are very reasonable. I don’t mind driving 25 mins past many veterinary offices since we were very pleased and Oakley was treated with so much love. Thank you, Dr. Robyn 💕

Moose is a regular here at Michiana Veterinary Hospital! We have never had such patient and loving providers for moose! Our nurse Pam was excellent! And as always Dr.Payton was awesome! We are always recommending this vet!🫎

I use Dr. Payton and his staff for routine services on my pets. They are so professional & friendly. I completely trust them with the health & happiness of both my dogs and cat. I recently had to use Dr. Payton’s Euthanasia Services last minute for an elderly family dog of mine, they took such great care of us and my dog was able to pass peacefully no longer in pain from a very recent diagnosis that quickly took a turn for the worst (she was 13). I want to say thank you to them for taking care of me & my pets like we are family. Your generosity & kindness in a situation like that was appreciated beyond words.

Very friendly staff, they did a great job with Carlie, my mini dachshund. I would have appreciated a call after she had delivered though since they knew I had wanted a c section for her. I did get a call to check on the pups and mom from Dr. Peyton a week later and he was very kind and concerned that everything was going well, which it is. Thanks Chris
