Excellent work from these people. While unfortunately my baby girl went over the rainbow bridge they made it very comfortable and were thorough with her testing. These people extremely caring and empathetic. The Doctor was a very sweet guy and explained everything very well. I really appreciate the care and compassion that was given from the care team involved with our baby Selene.

Just want to say thank you to the staff and the doctor who were so unbelievably compassionate towards my mom and I last night as we had to say goodbye to our boy. You got us in as fast as you could, with a little to no wait in the lobby. We were very emotional as most people who have to do these sort of things are and we were met with nothing but kindness and patience. Thank you for making the process as smooth as possible and for talking us through every step with sympathy. Would definitely recommend anyone in the need of a pet emergency to you guys.

The team at the Animal Emergency Clinic in Burton provided compassionate care during such a difficult time. Our much loved dog, Goober, had passed away en route. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. They handled the situation with grace. Katie, I believe her name was Katie, was nothing but fantastic and patient with us. It's reassuring that, even in such a tragic situation, the staff handled everything with care and grace. It can make a big difference to feel supported and cared for during such a painful time. My baby girl, Jo Jo, was 16 yrs old. She was a rescue, and with us for 13 years. She was losing control of her back legs, and finally, she couldn't walk. We had to make a hard decision, and we sought out Animal Emergency Hospital in Burton. I called, and immediately knew this was the place that was going to take the best care of my baby, and us. It was if they knew her, and loved her. They made her comfortable and offered us tremendous support. They gave hugs, and were so gentle with our baby. Words cannot express how thankful I am to all the staff.

Natalie was amazing and so helpful. When your pets are sick it is very stressful. She was SO kind and patient, answered all of my questions and took her time to explain everything. Thank you so much for your kindness. Especially when it is not always an easy situation. The office is fantastic with your pets and you can tell they all truly love animals. Thank you for caring for my fur baby!
