We take all of our animals here they are very patient and understanding, especially with my older dogs that freak out getting their nails clipped. They have reasonable prices and very quick to find an appointment that meets our schedule.

Amazing vets and technicians! They were so patient and kind with my anxious/moody dog (and me as an anxious owner haha). Prices are fair and reasonable. They made good recommendations that I took advantage of, but did not push me for additional services I wasn’t interested in which I appreciated so much! Highly recommend Garland Road Animal Hospital!

Lost a lot of trust in this place. Now, when I think about bringing in my pets, I have to worry that they’re going to try to string us along for several appointments that are not necessary. I’m not going to get into my professional background, because let’s face it I need a vet available for my pets and I don’t want to be targeted for retaliation. But I’ll just say we went in for a very routine check up, And had already visited a vet prior that had explained what was going on. We just needed a recent check-up so that we could go ahead and get some medication for the issue. They immediately tried to set up several additional “checkup” appointments to monitor progress. It’s the illusion of continued care that makes you seem like it’s legitimate, but these things are not necessary and in fact, if you were to go to a human clinic, they wouldn’t waste resources on unnecessary appointments — and make you pay for them. It was a money grab and it was clear as day. When I called them out on it, the looks on their faces, I’ll never forget it. People are broke, and now we have to be extra careful about potential issues with our animals for fear of being taken advantage of. It’s really sad that Chelsea moved to another clinic. That’s all I’ll say.

The staff was wonderful to me and my Boomer. He is a very strong pittie who likes to pull you (something he is in training to correct) but the tech took it in stride. I would highly recommend them if you want a caring vet service.

Very compassionate and kind staff! My dog can be difficult to get out of the car and into the building and they are very patient with her and working at her speed. We live long distance and when I couldn’t get there in time to pick up her meds, I was able to pay over the phone and pick them outside! Very convenient!
