Rachel is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond no matter the situation. Rushed my cat to tufts and he unfortunately passed but Rachel was there every step of the way. If you need to come here late after work while stressed, she’ll be there for you. Might be an unfortunate situation but anyone would be lucky to have her helping/caring for their pet.

Took my dog for his final visit. The staff was kind and supportive throughout the process, explaining everything that would be happening and providing options for his final resting place and commemoration. The cost wasn't prohibitive, and everyone there made a hard situation a little easier. The facility is huge and clean, and there is ample parking there.

I’m extremely grateful for Tufts and their incredible cardiology team, Barret and Amy. With my little Chi’s heart condition, it’s such a relief to receive detailed updates on what’s happening with her health. Even during her initial visit and difficult news, they’ve always approached everything with care and provided clear, thorough explanations that help me continue my research at home. The front desk staff are always welcoming and exceptionally helpful from the moment you walk in. Lilly is always happy to visit, which makes these appointments so much easier.

I took my sick chicken to the emergency department and the vet and staff showed so much compassion and care to my chicken. Unfortunately my chicken passed away but they were so kind and patient. I highly recommend this facility.

A week ago Friday night we rushed Reilly into Tufts. It was 11:00 at night his breathing was very shallow and had a problem walking and wouldn’t eat all day. We called and they met us outside the door. After a few tests, they told us he had pneumonia and was not well. He ended up staying 4 nights in an oxygenated incubator. His oxygen levels were finally high enough to let him come home. We went and visited every day. The nurse’s and Dr Chevalla were extremely caring, very knowledgable and let us know what was going on every step of the way. Reilly will be 11 in January and went from 0-100 in just days under their care. We will be forever grateful.
