Oh my goodness, they bailed me out not once but twice! We all know, locally our situation with road closures, reduced lanes on I-210 and I-10, we know one can spend hours in backed up traffic. So I have not been using the groomer that I normally do in Lake Charles. I needed one locally who would take care of my little love. They did a wonderful job and I don’t believe that I took a pic of her when I picked her up. All I can say is that I thank you ladies from the bottom of ny heart. Anyway these wonderful ladies have managed to squeeze us in both times that I have called lately because I was traveling. I cannot thank y’all enough. If you are looking for a dog groomer, I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you

Highly recommend this place. The ladies are super nice and gave my baby a really good bath and deshedding treatment and he smells and looks amazing. They did a really good job with his bath and there was no nasty soap residue left on him and no "wet dog" smell. With the deshedding treatment, I can tell and really know that they didn't just tell me it would be done, it was actually done because before when I would pet him, I would get a handful of hair every few seconds. Now, I've literally only gotten maybe 3 or 4 here and there. I really appreciate that the ladies were able to share specific things my baby did during his visit that completely align with his normal behavior and personality traits. Learning my baby that quickly and the fact that he looks to them in a trusting way, really goes a long way and I will be a returning customer. I've delt with some other places before that I just got a weird vibe from just by the way he would act but here I really feel like he is in safe hands and they do care. I would definitely recommend this place over any other place between Orange TX and lake Charles.

Boarded my pups for a week. The staff is wonderful and they took very good care of my animals. They usually come home all stressed out from boarding but they were calm and happy. I'll definitely be back. I got a suite for my dogs and it's definitely the way to go.

They charge me $54 to the shampoo and cut my dog I told her to get rid of summer cut I'll guarantee they didn't cut a half inch off the dog full Yorkie she gets hot in the summer because of her hair it was my instruction not them to take it upon their self to cut it the way they wanted it
