Great service! I was very impressed. Very quick service, get you and your furbaby in and out and all healthy! They were very informative and helpful, great pricing plans. Also they have a coupon online for a free visit and consult! All you do is show them at the front desk. Would highly recommend and will be going back.

This company is terrible. The only thing they care about is money and do not have an ounce of morality. Unfortunately, the same can be said for some of the doctors and workers here. The people working at the counter have no self-respect to be working for such a disgraceful company and are rude. One of the doctors was aggressive and looked really angry/impatient when talking with her. You should not bring your pet anywhere near this hospital. I'm sure some of the doctors are great, but that does not excuse the company being so bad.

I love Banfield, especially Dr Chounard! My kitten would not be here without her care, knowledge and expertise. All my cats receive excellent care from Banfield. I trust Banfield 100%. Thank you Dr Chounard and team!

I’ve been really happy with Banfield in general, but also this location since I moved here in August 2021. Even with the challenges that Cove it has brought many businesses, I’ve been able to schedule appointments relatively quickly, and the vets have always taken the time to speak with me whether it’s in person or over the phone if I dropped off. I they’ve always been pretty upfront with me about costs, and won’t do anything unless I explicitly give authorization for the charges. I appreciate their thoroughness, and will continue bringing my pup to this location.

Although I went in for the "free" first time appointment, upon leaving I had spent $98 and bought a wellness plans 🙄 It should be said the vet staff allowed for questions before and after seeing my dog. I was/am happy with level of care from vet staff. However, I've had a difficult time calling to schedule follow ups. I also have a year long commitment to monthly payments to look forward to.
