From check-in to check-out, smooth process, easy instructions, cheapest vet bill I’ve seen in my life, and all questions answered. The organization and flow of this business was amazing. We loved Spay Nation for my 7-month pitbull puppy!

Low cost spay/neuter for ferals, strays and pets is an excellent service to the community in Lafayette, LA that is desperately needed in Lake Charles area.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at SpayedNation. After waiting over four hours, I was told they couldn’t treat my cat because he wouldn’t sit still—despite the fact that he is declawed. The staff was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even let me hold him to help calm him down. For a place that claims to care about animals, their lack of effort and compassion was shocking. Thanks for wasting my time and leaving my pet untreated. I won’t be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

My cat is doing very well today. The only complaint I have is the person who made my appointment and she is also the same one who checked me in and out yesterday. Very, very rude individual. Not professional at all. There is also an African American lady at the check in counter who was very nice to the people she waited on. Highly recommend her.

This place is ran like a well-oiled machine. They come out to your car promptly, and the attendant who came out to my car was very informative and friendly. The workers inside were very fast with the check-in process. They were so busy so there wasn’t much small talk, but that’s ok for the sake of speed! The incisions from my cat’s neutering look great. I elected to have my cat’s nails trimmed as well as additional pain meds administered. There are other add-on services you can elect to do, but I chose just those two additional services. You cannot beat the price and value of this place. I would have done the neutering at my local veterinarian’s office, but it was 7 times the cost of this place! The paperwork and instructions they give you are very informative; I didn’t even need to ask any questions because the instructions laid it all out. It’s not in the most centralized part of town, but it’s worth the drive. I gave an additional donation and would encourage everyone else to in order to keep this beneficial clinic going in our area.
