The vets and aids here are the best I have encountered. Whether it’s a quick trip for a checkup, or one of the hardest days we faced when we had to say goodbye to one of our animals, they have treated us with nothing but kindness and compassion. Their service is above and beyond and we will not take our fur babies anywhere else. We are so thankful to their team for everything they have done ❤️
Sydney is literally the bestest, sweetest most helpful vet tech ive ever met. She knows exactly what shes talking about & goes above & beyond to make sure my baby is all good. Highly recommend her & Vetco!!!
1. This location closes literally whenever they want. Their website may say 6pm, but they'll close as early as 4:00pm without telling a soul. I have on multiple occasions called them to ensure their closing time (I was told 6pm), left work at 5pm, and arrived to this location at 5:10pm to find the facility closed for the day. When I have brought this fact to their attention, they will tell me they never close early. I pick up food weekly from this location, and almost every week I have to make more than one trip because I get there to find that they closed early. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. 2. Receptionist and non-veterinary staff (in my experience) are unprofessional and have NO idea what they're doing. Their communication is extremely poor and they will straight up lie to you. I have been lied to several times by staff at this location and caught them in their lies. 3. I use Vetco for my pets' dietary needs, and boy is it a difficult system that no one (including Vetco staff) seems to understand. I recently attempted to get a prescription renewed and the information I was given by Vetco staff on how to do so was entirely incorrect. I was told a fax would be sent to my vet to renew the prescription. I called back a few days later and was told the fax had been sent. My veterinarian confirmed that Vetco never sent the fax they assured me was sent. 4. No negative comments about veterinary staff, as I have not had any experiences with them. However, the receptionists are an actual nightmare and that alone makes me want to stop using Vetco. Unfortunately, Chewy also sucks, which is why I use this place. I just wanna buy cat food, you guys. It's not Plutonium. It's cat food. EDIT - 5. No, it is not a vaccine clinic. It is a whole Vetco Hospital. I left this comment on the page that literally says "Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital". Excellent job trying to thwart that, though.
My first experience was absolutely wonderful it was fast pace friendly and answer all my questions and concerns prices were a little more then what o expected but at least my little one good and vaccinated.
Clean and small area. Very personal attention. Knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend to anyone in need of somewhere to go. Though a bit expensive but the service is great!
