Horrible. First off it is caked in dust in therm and tools that should be sanitized were not. All over the sink there was caked dirt. They attempted to use a temp taker with poop on it already in my dog and I had to stop him, he wiped it with the already dirty towel. Second, for the stool sample I am sure something painful was used or didn't fit as I heard my dog scream like l've never heard. In that moment I decided it was a definite no. He came back to me covered in feces all over. Again I had to ask to wipe him (photos are after) because how was i supposed to carry him out like that? I felt horrible having bought my child here. He was unlike himself the rest of the day.

I’ve been bringing both of my dogs to Helouin Vet Hospital since they were puppies, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve received. Our husky is quite anxious, and our German Shepherd, who’s a big boy, has also been nervous during visits. Despite their size and nerves, the staff always goes above and beyond to make them comfortable. They know exactly how to calm our husky, and even when our German Shepherd gets a bit difficult due to his size and anxiety, they never turn him away or make us feel like he’s a burden. The vets at Helouin Vet Hospital are incredibly experienced and have been in practice for years, which truly shows in their approach and care. The front desk team and assistants are also fantastic—so friendly and welcoming. You can really tell that everyone here loves what they do, and it makes a huge difference in the experience. One time, we even had to bring our husky in after hours, and they still welcomed us and made sure she got the care she needed. Their patience, expertise, and dedication have been incredible, and we’re so grateful to have such caring and knowledgeable people looking after our pets. Highly recommend Helouin Vet Hospital for anyone looking for compassionate, skilled care for their animals!

These are hands down the most knowledgeable, and animal loving vets around. They’ve diagnosed things that other vets didn’t catch on multiple animals I or my family have owned!! I can’t say enough good things about these people. They get to know you and you feel comfortable and safe with them taking care of my most precious baby in the whole world, my dog!

Brought in my ailing cat, Blackie, after quite and extensive conversation explaining test results and what May or may not help, we decided the best result was to euthanize my sweet boy, he was almost 18:years old and his back legs just stopped working in just days. The decision was so difficult but, the vet and vet associates were so comforting. When we went to pick up his ashes, they were in a beautiful carved wooden box, I will have a brass plate made to commemorate my sweet big boy.

My Yorkie leg came out of the hip socket. Surgery was done to replace the leg back into the hip. He’s doing great and the doctors did a great job. Thank you very much of taking care of my Maverick.
