Excellent leadership provided by Dr. Chounard to her staff and is very thorough and informative when dealing with her patients and their moms/dads!!! Mischa always come back relaxed!!!

The insurance plan is a scam my pet passed away less than a week after signing up for the service and now after paying a large amount of money for two separate visits that did not help him they are demanding that I pay the remaining amount of the plan or they will send me to collections do not sign up for this scam take you’re pets to a better vet I sure wish I had

We had to put our kitty down this month and the vet here has been one of the kindest and most caring people we’ve ever worked with. Our cat was name Samus and she printed us a picture of Samus from Metroid on our meds for our kitty before we put her down. If you are like me, saying goodbye to a pet is one of the most difficult things (along with passing away of any kind) and I highly recommend this hospital for that. We were talked through the process and well taken care of when we were going through something so hard. The service here is always top tier, it’s never too busy, and they have good social distancing and mask-wearing practices during Covid-19. Thank you Dr. and your team.

Great place to bring your fur babies the dr and staff were great and my cat usually will not let anyone touch her but they did great with her clipped her hails without any trouble exam was no trouble this is a great place

I love the Support Staff and I love the Doctors! They answer questions and are very helpful with suggestions to have a healthy and happy pet!
