very professional, caring, clean building and offices, brings comfort to people and pets. This is the best vet I have ever taken my cat to, he is comfortable once he is there, he is not happy in car, but his care is well taken care of. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Thanks to all there for care given to all pets and people. Keep up the good work!!!

They did a fantastic job with my Zoey! She came in injured, and they thoroughly examined her, diagnosed the injury, and prescribed the appropriate medications. She's on her way to recovery. This was our first visit, and now I have a new doctor for all my fur babies. I highly recommend this clinic.

Best Vet Clinic and Team Around. Whether you see Dr. Flanary, or your seeing Dr. Farrell: From the moment that you make the call to the moment you return home, the service and support are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! You will not find a more honest, caring, and truly humble team. From the emergency on-call veterinarian after hour services to yearly vaccines/ updates, my five get just as excited to go there as they do when we get ready to go for ice cream. I may have a 35 minute one way drive from Illinois. But I rushed there with one in an active seizure, and I was met at my vehicle window in the pouring rain by the vet. Who ran back inside with my 7 pound Chihuahua to begin treatment. Not only were they waiting for me to pull in, but they also called me each step of the way with updates, how he was doing, and how to proceed next. They were also there holding my hand when he was attacked by a larger dog and had a fractured jaw, and when one crossed the rainbow bridge. Then this week for my 2 spays and 2 neuters (all the same day). If you are still undecided if this is the right place for you and your furry loved one(s)? Call them, talk to them. Goert them and let your pet decide. It's the best decision I ever made. Thank you all for what you do! P.S. Melissa ~ Argent says he's sorry, but he feels better and still loves you all 🐶 ❤️ .

I love Dr. Flanary's heart for her clients. She was willingly to take a chance on our baby chicken and us. It has paid off. She told us I don't know you may have to tube feed her. She sent us home with stuff to use to feed her. I just wanted to see what she could do for herself. So I gave her chick starter and water and she took them both in. Don't under estimate the small chicken. Willow is a firecracker spirit and with Dr. FLANARY'S HELP I think she is on the road to recovery. I can thank you enough and your office staff.

Even though I’d gotten the days mixed up for the appointment, Flanary and crew were fast and ready to help my pet. They did all the necessary test and procedures to ensure my pets safety and well being. Very grateful!
