Dr Clark and the staff were wonderful! They spent so much time with us explaining our puppy’s eye issues and possible treatments. Usually you feel so rushed, but I felt listened to and came away with a clear understanding of our pup’s condition. We will continue to see Dr Clark for follow-up.

Dr. Daley and her team have been amazing in caring for my fur baby, who was diagnosed with feline leukemia at 12. Two years later, she’s still with us, living a better quality of life thanks to their kindness and dedication. I’m so grateful for the extra time we have with her.

From the bottom of my and my families heart, thank you for your kindness and compassion today. You never want to make the call and you always wish for your pets to go in their sleep. Sometimes that’s not the way it happens, and I am eternally grateful for Metropolitan Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Service. We were not rushed whatsoever. The doctor/team were very thorough with explaining things and we felt comfortable despite the intense sadness of saying goodbye. Thank you for caring for my sweet Bear 🌈

After having my dog back and forth at the vet on fluids for days and no change. I took him to the horrendous Advanced Animal Care Er in Richmond where I was told to euthanize him without them even looking at him!! Thankfully I was able to get my vet on the phone once the office opened and she told me to take him to Metro. It was 1.5 hour drive but with it Upon arrival they took me and my dog straight in. Enzo needed to see Dr. Daley the internist due to his several medical issues. The entire staff were very Helmand compassionate. They were completely open and upfront about the costs. Dr. Kaufman is above and beyond and she was absolutely amazing during his entire four days stay. At no point did they try to push any procedures on me. They were so nice anytime I called and even when I went to visit and then took him home the technicians were great! They truly helped Enzo and if it weren’t for them I don’t know if he would be doing as well as he is. I can’t thank them enough!

My cat had new onset of seizures. Two overnight which led to an emergency visit here. I appreciate the staff and the doctor for helping my boy out. I just recommend when giving a total amount to pay from the doctor is the price I expect to pay not a $500 difference. Please consider updating your system or please impute the data promptly so it is accurate at all times. Times like these are stressful enough, along with paying for a high bill to add more stress on top of it all.
