Called to see if I could get an appointment for my puppy and said they were out of the office and I never felt more rushed off the phone in my life.

I adopted a new fur baby and took her to Dr. Charlotte for her post adoption check-up and she found a couple health issues that needed to be taken care of and she prescribed some meds that will get Miss Jade on the mend real quick. She also made some helpful suggestions. Dr. Charlotte is the BEST.

I called to try and possibly book an appointment and they told me they were “pretty booked out”. They didn’t even humor me with a possible date. It felt very unwelcoming, so if you are someone looking for a new vet I’d look elsewhere because they won’t help you. I just needed a wellness check done on my rats, and I would have waited. It’s a shame because I read such great reviews. I understand being booked out, but at least try to work with possible new clients.

Dr. Charlotte Hebert is the most caring veterinarian. She really cares about the well-being of your animal. She also offers affordable rates. I definitely recommend her services.

We were visiting Lexington and my dog had an emergency. The doctor who picked up the phone was so kind and gave us great advice to help our dog feel better! She really went above and beyond!
