Excellent service and care. Freya was in such great hands. I called many times to check on her during her stay and every person I talked to had an excellent and caring attitude. I was so surprised and pleased with how fast I received service when I arrived. The vet assistant Abby was so kind and courteous, taking plenty of time to talk to me about everything going on with my cat, explaining the estimate line by line, and treating my cat and me with dignity and respect. I so appreciated her! The doctor was also very personable and knowledgeable, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The people at this facility made the experience as smooth as possible. I brought my cat in with a urethra blockage. They took such great care of him and kept me posted every step of the way . I am so thankful for the care he received because it saved his life . The first picture is him before he was treated and the others are after treatment in the comfort of his home . Thank you so much for what you do .

From the moment I called and the receptionist got our information added over the phone I knew we were going to be in good hands. When we walked in they immediately got our dog back to provide pain medication. All staff members were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Our girl is back on the mend thanks to EVCC
