Lincolnway Veterinary Clinic

From the moment I walk in, the front desk staff greets my dog and me with warmth and professionalism. They utilize texting as a swift means of communication which is a far cry from another vet I go to which was to sit on hold for upwards of 10 mins every time. LW is fully staffed, including a canine behaviorist, Kaitlin, who has been a godsend! The veterinarian we see has decades of knowledge and wisdom and truly cares not only for Tosi, my puppy, but also about me, a stressed out new mom! I can't say enough positive things about LW. Excellent.

I was very put off by my visit here. I took a dog for a friend and I have never felt so unimportant - like the bottom line was more important than the dog. My follow up questions about prescriptions were brushed off. I have dogs and a vet - I have never felt as if a vet that cared for my dog was so disinterested. It felt like a big sales event.

I absolutely love Dr. Anderson. Really the entire staff at Lincolnway Vet. They are all so caring when I take my fur babies in there. We put one of the most special dogs I have ever had down in April & they were so kind & loving with my family. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of doctors & staff. Today we took a new member of the family in to meet the staff at Lincolnway Vet. and again the same treatment as our first pup! I can’t recommend them enough for absolute genuine care. My kitten and I had our first vet appointment here, I chose this place based on the reviews and everything went very well. They were able to make the earliest appointment available to address any concerns I had and cared for my sweet little fur baby, my baby kitten was so stressed and scared prior to out appointment, but the car ride home she was a lot more relaxed and realized that wasn't so bad. She got to play and have treats while getting checked out and receiving the necessary shots. Location wise, this was a bit further of a drive from home, versus other vet clinics in South Bend but based on the care that was given it was worth the drive.
