I am so glad I found this place. I am a new pup mom my puppy was sick but I had no idea what was wrong only to find out he had a viral infection. I was so scared and yes it was fatal had he not got there in time. They cared for my son with thee best of care explained the level of care he needed and now he back to tearing stuff up in my house but I’m Am so thankful to the team! I learned so much in such a little amount of time.

Brought my corgi here over a month ago because he was in distress and could barely stand straight. Staff didn’t seem to care and were too busy hanging up pictures to even acknowledge the condition he was in. The tech told us “he probably just has a tummy ache just give him some OTC medication and see how he feels in the morning”. They obviously just didn’t want to be bothered to actually get off their phones and work thank god they recommended Crossroads in Crown Point. We went there and found out my pup has a ruptured tumor on his spleen and needed an emergency splenectomy and if we would have waited he could have died. My corgi is happy and healthy and cancer free with no thanks of Hobart animal clinic that didn’t even give us the time of day. 100% recommend Crossroads animal hospital instead if you want vets that truly care and love your pet.

We were camping and our dog drank lake Michigan water . Was vomiting for 2 days and wouldn't eat . Took her here very nice people very professional. In and out in maybe an hour total pup is like new the next day ! Cost was around $235 for everything worth every penny !!

We used the emergency services twice which were predictably expensive, but not outrageous. They were very up front about charges and options. Everyone was very kind and they sent a very nice sympathy card a few days later. My only criticism would be that a paw print should either be complimentary or not offered at all.
