Just keep in mind that we are all humans . Our time here is valuable! If you're going to use a delivery service, at least make sure to adequately compensate your driver.. I have been to this location 15+ times for numerous different employees And it is very rare that you were ever compensated for your time

Lisa and Natalie are the most wonderful people at the front desk. They always go above and beyond for us. Dr. Hennesey is amazing as well. We wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of our Pugs. Dr. Hennesey always goes above and beyond and makes sure we have everything we need when we see him. We only trust him to do surgery or dental cleanings on our Pugs, too, and it's always such an easy experience. Dr. Jordan is also wonderful. If one of our Pugs has a bump, we always make an appointment with Dr. Jordan, so she can play with it and figure out what it is. She takes samples and looks at them under the microscope while we are there and then explains everything to us in a way that is easy to understand. She then helps us come up with a plan to treat those pesky bumps, which usually turn out to be a cyst. The only downside to Franklin Animal Clinic is that they are kind of expensive, but the staff is always wonderful, and the vets are the best I've ever worked with. Highly recommend this location, and Dr. Hennesey and Dr. Jordan!

I've been going here with 13 of my pets for the last 8ish years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Jordan is killer and the staff is phenomenal. Prices are reasonable and affordable. We have 4 pets left and we will continue to bring them here for all they're care.

My favorite Vet Clinic! Everyone treated me & my doggie/furbaby Kisses wonderfully! They were so kind, patient, knowledgeable & their love for animals shows. Dr. Smiar took her time explaining my options for meds & healing instructions for my dogs leg. Prices were affordable as well. Very grateful to everyone for treating Kisses & myself so well. We look forward to seeing you all again at our checkup! Thank you!

Extremely friendly staff and oddly, our pooch (Lady) appears to like them. Generally, she never wants to leave my side and will cry when she does. However, she seems excited each time she comes here which we hadn't experienced at other clinics. Staff also does a great job at explaining everything and prices seem reasonable. I'm sure they aren't the "cheapest" but they sure aren't the most expensive either. My only complaint would be the pot holes when trying to park...but even if they were big enough to swallow my car, that still wouldn't stop me from coming as I know she'll be taken care of by people who actually care.
