If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I have no idea how they have a 4.9 star rating at the moment. I’ve worked for a grooming salon as a mobile groomer for 3 years now, and it has been nothing but issue after issue. It is almost impossible to get in contact with them when something needs to be replaced or has broken. The most recent issue (that seems to be an EVERYONE issue) is the premier AC unit dumping buckets of water all over the van throughout the day. They are aware of this issue and have been giving the run around to a “fix” for the issue for a ridiculous amount of time. Mobile groomers all over are having the same problem with being given the run around. We are all being told different time frames for a new unit to be available, and some of us have not even gotten a response. I have no idea how a lawsuit has not started against you guys for this yet. Most recently we have been sent a SECOND “replacement” for our AC unit … got the unit in on Wednesday and it is the most disgustingly used filthy unit I have ever seen (attached photo for reference) and they are playing absolutely dumb like they have no idea they sent us a used unit. Please, if other options are available to you other than WNT, go with them. Hanvey is amazing!

The quality of the van itself is a lemon to say the least. I have been a client with my mobile groomer for years, and I have watch them have nothing but problems with this van. They are consistently having to reschedule appointments and getting backed up because the generator plus other mechanical issues are always on the Fritz. I truly feel bad for my groomer. They do their best but can only do some much when the van is always breaking down. Something needs to be done to fix these issues and the vans should be sold with better warranty or lemon laws. It’s not fair to the business owners.

Disappointed with the Quality of Wag N Tails Vans Our groomer, who we’ve trusted for years, purchased a van from Wag N Tails three years ago, and unfortunately, it’s been a constant headache. The van is so unreliable that it frequently breaks down, forcing our groomer to reschedule appointments often. This is not only frustrating but feels unprofessional, even though I know it’s not her fault. It’s disappointing that a van specifically built for pet grooming can have so many issues. If you’re considering a van from Wag N Tails, be prepared for potential ongoing problems and disruptions to your schedule. It’s a shame to see such an important investment causing so much stress. I genuinely feel bad for her because I know it's not her fault and she does everything she can do.

Rory is the absolute best. He’s the only reason for the five stars. Everytime I need advice or something sent out he’s always on it and there for me! Thank you Rory for your amazing customer service skills. Only issues with wag n tails was the engine light has been on ever since I got this vehicle and also the generator blew having me miss work for two monthes. But Rory was very empathetic and kept up with communication.

Terrible Experience with Wag N Tails - Would NOT Recommend We bought a van from Wag N Tails three years ago, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. From the beginning, the van had issues, but trying to get any support from them has been impossible. They don't pick up the phone and take days to reply via email. They act like they don’t care about their customers once the sale is made. Every time we’ve reached out for help, they’ve either brushed us off or had no answers to basic questions about their own product. It feels like they’ve washed their hands of us entirely. If you’re looking for a reliable van and a company that stands by their product, look elsewhere. GO TO HANVEY! No where near the issues WNT has. Don’t make the same mistake we did! Dumping thousands of dollars in something that should've never been sold to us. We definitely got a lemon. Also what our clients have to go through and the constant explaining is so bad for business. We definitely lost a lot of clients during this awful experience, which is devastating. I'd give 0/5 stars, but the lowest I can rate is 1.
