Paradise Animal Clinic

We've had four different cats who've been patients at Paradise Animal Clinic, and they've all received excellent care. The staff at the front desk have always been busy but friendly, the vet techs have taken good care of our babies, and Dr. Christine Nishimoto has been the best vet I've ever had the good luck to work with in the 30 years I've had pets. When one of our cats was elderly and began having serious health problems, Dr. Christine went incredibly above and beyond to try to help, more than once even skipping her lunch break to perform an unexpected procedure. She also deftly coordinated care with a specialist on Oahu. I trust Dr. Christine's knowledge and advice, but I am also grateful for her warm heart. She has been there not only for our pets but also for us when difficult decisions needed to be made. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Nishimoto and her staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and patience throughout our interaction. Their genuine concern for the well-being of my pets was evident, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in their services.

Very accommodating, very friendly, very well comfortable to be in, great work educational, very welcoming from the moment we entered the clinic. They were very consistent with the problem we had and had important tests done that I couldn't afford with the other clinics or programs. She was given up to date shots, deworming meds. Allergy followup medication and her once a month medication needed for dogs.

Appreciated the professionalism and empathy after binging in my cat that had to be put down. Everything was explained very well and I felt sad but knew I was in good hands to make that decision.

we had an emergency with our cat, we live in Kapaa and I tried calling the vets on that side first and they simply didn’t care because our cat wasn’t one of their patients. I finally called paradise and called Dr. Nishimoto at 8:52 and within an hour we were at the clinic being helped. The genuine care we received was unmatched and we are so thankful for them. We also had the doctors nurse come in and they were so nice and our little kitty will be staying there for a few days and I cant rave enough about the care we got. They’ll forever have our business from here on out
