I recently took my 15-year-old Yorkie to VERC around 11pm on a Tuesday night and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The facility is modern, spotless. From the moment we arrived, they immediately took my dog into triage, prioritizing her care before even discussing paperwork—a huge relief during a stressful time. The staff were incredibly kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. They truly care about both their patients and their families. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of emergency pet care. They are absolute lifesavers!

Dr. Koyanagi and the crew took exceptional care of N@tto. With ample parking, our late-night walk-in emergency was handled with efficiency and compassion. Their recovery plan was clearly communicated several times, and they were available 24/7 to answer my questions and provide updates. Our furry friend was in congestive heart failure, and the entire team at VERC went above and beyond to ensure his recovery. The doctors were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, explaining every step of the treatment process with clarity and empathy. The veterinary technician, Nick, was very attentive and gentle, providing constant care and comfort to my pet. I am eternally grateful for his expertise and unwavering commitment to improving our pet's quality of life. VERC is more than just a veterinary hospital; it's a place where pets receive top-notch medical care and their families find unwavering support. Note: I want to add a special note about the doctor. I do not recall her name, but she is an internal medicine doctor who spent an incredible 45 minutes in the exam room with us, providing detailed information and answering all of our questions. She was incredibly patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and we felt completely at ease knowing our pet was in her care. The doctor never left the room during that entire time, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to our family and our pet's well-being.

My dog fell of the bed & hurt her back leg. I took her to VERC. When a got there we were greeted by friendly people in front. He took all my information & told me to wait in the waiting area. Soon after someone came out to take my dog in back to be examined. The doctor came out to tell me the results of the exam. After taking blood test my dog was ready to leave. The nurse came out with my dog & her meds. Explained about the meds. & offered to give my dog the first dose. Everyone there were friendly & caring. If you want the best care for you pet that's the go to place.
