Atlanta Mobile Vet JOHN LEWIS DVM

I started using Dr. Lewis’ vet services over a dozen years ago when the pets we got when our children were little got too old to safely get in the car to go to my regular vet at the time. He’s a wonderful vet, up on all the latest treatments, and he tells you how it is. I now have a dog and two cats that see him, and he recently went truly above and beyond to help save my dog when she was experiencing seizures and developed vestibular disease. I took her to an emergency vet at his direction, but he stayed available throughout the night and weekend to speak with the vets, and he made sure the emergency vets were caring for her appropriately (I gave the emergency vet a terrible review for its part in this.) My dog was VERY bad off, and I wouldn’t have thought she had even a 5 percent chance of recovery, much less a normal life. She nevertheless made a complete recovery, taking meds of course to help prevent a recurrence. I credit Dr. Lewis for being available when most vets would have left for the weekend. He kept the emergency vets in line, and I believe saved her life.

Called on an emergency basis and Dr. John helped me through telemedicine. Was very thorough about what was needed to help my dog and was very professional. Best vet experience I’ve had.

Dr. Lewis really helped my cat and I. My baby was having terrible allergies and now he looks so content and calm. Dr. Lewis was punctual, covid-safe/wearing a mask, and he was reachable (if he didn’t answer the phone he called back within the next few hours as soon as he had a moment). Taking my baby to the vet is so stressful for him. I’m so grateful for this mobile service. Thank you Dr. Lewis :)

Dr. Lewis gets the job done! As a multiple cats owner, I rely on him to treat my pets on a regular basis. He is professional, reliable, and compassionate. The other day, he went above the call of duty: He found a carpenter to come rescue one of my cats that was stuck inside a hollow column of a cabinet. I knew he would maybe know someone, and he did!
