I have nothing but good things to say about SAVES they are amazing! The moment I called and the lady answered the phone I could tell how much she cared about what I was going thru her name is Tammie. My dog Apollo whom I love as much as a family member had a seizure and it has never happened before nor did we notice anything different, so it was a very traumatic experience to witness and I will never forget it. As soon as we arrived they were waiting on us, got my baby back quickly. The Doctor, Dr. Johnson was so kind and knowledgeable and explained to us in a way that made sense. They helped ease my pain and anxiety. I will forever be grateful for the kind words and actions taken that day. They kept him for 12 hours and he never had another seizure so we were able to take him home and so far not another seizure. We pray that he never has another one.

Saves is a great place! We took our baby Presley Lynn up there and the doctor and nurses were great! Shout out to Ashley bc she was very upfront and personal with us as well as the main doctor! Kudos y'all 🖤🤎🩶

Professional and caring staff and veterinarian, my dog has seizures, and on this visit, she had 8, the medicine wasn't working, she had a seizure while we were in the waiting room. The concern they show gor me and my dog was calming - she stayed two nights and they call several times to keep me in the loop regarding her care, medicine and future care. You can't go wrong here when you're stressed out about your pet. They got you.

Night service was amazing for my senior foster cat who was having an unexpected asthma attack. Every person I encountered - from front desk to the intake technician to the doctor who saw him - were kind, attentive, and clear on next steps. Supportive options offered the next day when he didn't take to his initial medication also made care much easier. Waiting room was also more comfortable and cozy than any facility I've ever been in.

I have unfortunately had to take my pup to SAVES twice in the past couple years. 1st time she had pneumonia and 2nd time she got attacked by a neighborhood dog and needed emergency surgery. SAVES quite literally saves lives. I’m super grateful to have an emergency vet local and not have to drive up past Atlanta for one. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Even when I got home and realized that I didn’t quite understand how to administer the pain medication “it was a capsule that I needed to separate and divide the contents”. I called up there and the staff was very helpful and polite. These people really do care about their patients. Yes an emergency vet is more expensive. However they will not proceed in any manner without your consent and they do accept CareCredit. If you find yourself in an emergency situation with your beloved pet, you can trust that SAVES will provide them with the best care possible. Thanks to SAVES our pup Mallory who seems to have 9 lives is still with us!
