Very good service from the moment you enter until you leave. They managed to save my baby cat. The price seemed good to me for an emergency. They explain everything and help you. Many thanks to all the staff who supported me and also speak Spanish. My Diamond is already happy
For having such a heart breaking time with my precious dog, who had cancer, (and who went through pre, post surgery- and subsequent visits)- to sadly putting him to peace, the staff at NGVS were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive- from the front desk- to the Med Techs- to Dr. Curcio- they took time and a vested interest. Anytime I called, I got real time information- as well as very timely call backs from them- as well as Dr. Curcio. My little baby had special care and love for such a heartbreaking time. I cannot tell you what a difference this made to me amidst my own pain and sadness how kindly we were treated. Yesterday, I received a beautiful card in the mail- and it was so heartfelt....and signed by so many of the caring staff that we got to know. So appreciated. xo PS. I saw comments about the $- actually, NGVS was better in price from what I was told than many other ER Vets like Blue Pearl, etc. In fact , my experience with 2 other non ER Vets- before I needed a specialist- were very expensive. Thank you again to all who showed such love and care to us!
Where should we begin? They ushered us into an uncomfortable room to discuss financial matters and inquire about our willingness to spend. For instance, they asked about our spending limit, and we stated $1500. The nurse responded, "I don't want to deplete your funds, so let's say $1000." However, upon mentioning our intention to use Care Credit, she revised the amount to $1500. We're profoundly disappointed with this hospital's emphasis on financial gain, evident in barring pet parents from exams, providing false hope, and promoting prescription food despite knowledge of terminal conditions. Unnecessary tests are recommended solely for revenue, despite no prospects for improvement
I went here twice, one because the tip of my dogs tail got shut in the sliding door, and most recently to put down my beloved husky/malamute mix, Hachi. They were compassionate the night before we decided to put him down, and the doctor (a female, I forget her name) who put him down on Sunday morning was just so kind. Thank you for making something awful as good as it can be and for caring for our boy.
This could be a 5 page review however in conclusion they will save your dog but they won't be afraid to pick your pockets. It's more of a place for business rather than love for animals. I've had one dog get put down here for heart problems and another treated after a dog fight.
