This guy is truly something special. I went in here with my defenses up because I’ve been scammed by urgent care vets in the past. This amazing doctor came out to the lobby, sat with me and talked for probably over 30 minutes discussing what my cat needed and what would be the best course of action to fit my budget. Instead of throwing expensive tests at me that I couldn’t afford, he gave me an option to treat my cat to get him better, then make a plan later to figure out if it was a 1 time thing or if he’s going to need further treatment. He’s a man that is in the business to heal, not to get the most money out of each client. I walked out of there knowing that I had found my cats new veterinarian.

I have taken my dog to Dr. Jackson twice now for "urgent care" visits. Dr. Jackson and his team are excellent - taking ample time to explain everything, listening to details and making sure all questions are answered. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the transparency in pricing and choice is awesome. Highly recommend this practice!

I highly recommend Jackson's Veterinary Services to everyone. My dog was experiencing some severe health issues and I reached out to Dr. Jackson for help. Dr. Jackson came to my residence, assessed my dog's health and partnered with me to develop a health plan to improve his health. Well, I must say, the plan that Dr. Jackson provided helped my dog recover and he is getting stronger and better each day. If it were not for Dr. Jackson, I can honestly say that my dog would not be here today. I give Dr. Jackson and his wonderful staff 5 STARS, because the service TOP NOTCH. I am so impressed by Dr. Jackson and this service. My cat is older, so it’s harder on him to go out to the vet. He’s also got a few issues going on and we are treating his symptoms. I explained all this to Dr Jackson and he was so helpful and understanding. The visit via the mobile unit was quick and easy and so much less stress for my cat. I would highly recommend Dr Jackson and this service!
