I would absolutely like to brag about Amy P. She is incredibly kind with top tier bedside manners. She is knowledgeable and very empathetic. Between her and Dr Alfred Tam I was able to feel a huge sense of relief. They both showed my dog snow and I lots of love and care on December 6 at 3:30am. My dog has made a full recovery since. They prevented him from possible blindness. I am forever grateful to them. I would also like to thank Amanda who I spoke with on the phone who was very kind as well. Exceptional staff!

I just want to say how amazing this hospital is. We took our German shepherd on 11/1 and were ultimately told she most likely had hemangiosarcoma. The Dr explained everything and was the most compassionate person as we helped our girl cross. I can’t imagine how hard that job is doing that every day but we were treated like we were the only ones there that night. Thank you for making a very painful process a little easier

Avoid this hospital if you can. They’re good, but wildly expensive and overpriced. I had to transfer my dog to another facility because they would have ruined me financially. Giving them 2 stars because they stabilized and gave my dog the care he needed given the severity of his condition (pneumonia) otherwise I would have given them 1 star. They kept asking for more and more money, but when I told them I couldn’t afford their new estimate ($10K) they found another facility within the hour so I’m skeptical that they need to charge that amount for their services. $5200 for two days in the hospital was absurd. I paid $1850 for the same quality of care and treatment at Central Animal Hospital in Boca Raton for two nights - same treatment. The picture below is of my stepdad oxygenating my dog as I transferred him to Central Animal Hospital. The oxygen tank was not provided by VCA and they didn’t even offer to help with that. The vets at Central Animal Hospital called me, explained that they were aware of the situation and offered me the oxygen tank at no extra cost to transport my dog to their facility. It was an emergency situation, but they made it a lot more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. I do not recommend going to this hospital.

Thank you from the bottom of my father's and I hearts. We didn't leave a review 7ish years ago, but after 3 separate vets you guys were the only ones who could help our cat with a lifesaving transfusion and a prescription for renal failure food. Because of you we got 6-7ish more years with my dad's cat Stinky. Thank you for everything 🙏 he passed this Friday evening to Saturday morning after disappearing for a few hours, he was curled up sleeping with his eyes closed in a favorite spot. 🖤 He got to 20 thanks to your help.

VCA team is such a sweet and professional group of people. Every last one of the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. The type of people I love to see working in healthcare positions. Our Pom was in dire need of help with a blocked bladder from stones. Delicate work to do on a tiny Pom I’m sure. Well he’s doing great 3 days after treatment and surgery. Eating and drinking + has his personality, which tells me a lot. Thank you VCA for your care and attention to all of us, especially Leo. And thank you to our doctors/surgeons for saving our friend! We love you guys/gals
