As of 01/12/25 my best friend/ ESA was put down. I have had her since I was 6 years old and she passed away at 16. I basically had her my whole (conscious) life. I never once had an issue in the clinic. The check in was pretty quick and we went into this back room. I already know the process of everything because I was also a vet tech and before that was a receptionist at animal hospitals (not currently due to pregnancy.) We checked her weight and quality of life, talked to the doctor and everything. He (tech) comes back in with an estimate and a paper for permission on the service. I was not upset at the price it was reasonable but then I asked if the service (The cremation) comes with a paw print. He wasn’t sure so he went to “ask” someone about it. Originally at time at least from my experience they either have the crematory do the paw print or they do it in house at the vet. What mattered was getting the paw print and the ashes. He comes back and says it’s a separate charge, i’m like okay that’s completely fine but how much is it? He didn’t know so he went to “ask again” and now apparently it is actually part of a package. I said okay and signed for permission on the service and to get her privately cremated, initials and everything. They took her to put an IV catheter and we paid for everything. We then spent sometime and eventually she was put down and we leave. Couple days later they call me saying that her ashes are back 01/16 and to pick her up whenever we have time. My mom and I go pick her up and I personally didn’t check the bag because I didn’t have the heart to open it then drive. We get home and the paw print was missing. I call the clinic and of course they never answer. I then called the crematory to see if it’s there because usually it takes time to dry and they told me that the clinic never ordered one. I panic. I call the vet again to see what is going on and they finally answer saying that they were gonna check what is happening that maybe they did it in house but that management was going to call me. This was around the noon. I waited and waited and the day passes by and no one called me. Then this morning a manager finally calls me and says “i’m sorry for your loss”I say thanks and she proceeds to say that the tech never talked to anyone up front nor in the pharmacy about the paw print and that it actually was a separate thing. They don’t have the paw print and I was never charged for it because he said it was part of it. She then said that they NOW added a section on the permission paper about other things (paw prints and such) not being included so that this doesn’t happen to OTHER PEOPLE. I am distraught, my experience with my best and loyal companion was ruined. It’s not even about the money because I would’ve paid anything known to man to be able and have her paw print. It’s the fact that I will never have that comfort of her paw print because an idiot decided to not ask anyone for information about it. He lied to my face when I am the most vulnerable and deceived about the situation. It’s too late for anything to get fixed and was never offered anything, not even the condolences of the actual person that caused this to happen. Why wouldn’t you ask SOMEONE, this field is all about team work and communication especially within techs and receptionist. Not in a million years would I wish this on anyone, not even my own enemy. Most traumatizing experience for me that now it’s my main issue that is being focused on in therapy and the stress is affecting me and my baby heavily.

Great place to take your pets, medical staff very friendly including the pharmacy staff. But some of the front desk staff should get more training in customer service skills. Luna and Cooper both go here.

All of my babies have been seen and treated by Dr. Evan Blair. He is golden nugget, simply put - a true treasure at Paws 2 Help. I have seen other Veterinarians in the past but none compare to Dr. Evan Blair. I have no issues driving 40 miles from home, past many other Veterinarian offices to get to Dr. Blair at Paws 2 Help, off of Forrest Hill Blvd. in West Palm Beach. Dr. Blair has treated my Yorkie, Chihuahua and my Labrador. All three fur babies have had various minor and serious medical issues. Dr. Blair is compassionate, loving and dedicated to each fur baby's well being. He treats and talks to my dogs as if they were his own pets, making the visit less stressful to them as well. He is honest and upfront about the treatment plans and helps comfort not only my fur babies but also explains the treatments that my dogs need in a way that I, who have no medical knowledge, could understand. All of my dogs have needed medical attention, from minor issues of receiving vaccines to major issues that involved serious stomach issues, allergies, seizures, and a shunt. Dr. Blair explained each scenario in terms that I, a worried parent, understood, and was able to digest as I navigated through each of my fur babies unique medical needs. Dr. Blair is thorough and involved from the beginning of each treatment plan to the conclusion. Not only do I purchase the various medications needed but I also discuss and have a plan for what I have to do at home as well as when to revisit to determine progress and next steps. Dr. Blair is a true life saver and my fur babies are beyond lucky to be treated by him. If you are looking for an educated, caring and excellent Veterinarian, look no further, Dr. Evan Blair is amazing, he is patient, kind and answers all of your questions and takes care of all your fur babies needs with love and compassion.

Thank you Dr. Marion and his team for helping my kitten, Ollie. I had no appointment and it was the weekend. I was in need to get him seen right away. They took us in and got him diagnosed. They provided me the medicine I needed to get him well again. Vet tech Carlos was so empathetic and kind. Will definitely be back for his check up soon.
