I really appreciate the care we received with Dr. Braginton and team today. My sweet Velcro baby Siamese had been declining the past few months and today was the day. The team was compassionate and considerate with our situation and what our options were. We reviewed diagnostics and shared decision making which resulted in respectful care and a peaceful goodbye. My cat was special (aren’t they all) and I wanted to share with those who fell in love with him today how sweet and funny he was. (I am unable to upload the videos of him chasing his tail 😂) Thank you 💔♥️

We visited the Tampa location for our critical care cat. The staff and doctor's were so quick, caring and honest with their treatment and their plan for him for the future. While in the waiting room waiting for updates for him, we overheard several other pet parents getting updates on their fur babies as well. Their attention to detail and care for the pet parents was amazing. While we hated to have to be in the position to need to visit Blue Pearl, we can trust their judgment and care for him. Thank you. ❤️ now if blue pearl can get the same type of care to closer to us that would be amazing. Lol

The crew and team here at BluePearl Pet Hospital were outstanding in their care for our beloved cat. From the moment I called early in the morning frantic to when I exited the doors after receiving phenomenal care & service- everyone we encountered was professional, attentive, and supportive. The building was clean and well organized. The procedure we needed done was performed in a timely manner. The communication between the staff was excellent. Thank you!

Extremely high prices, they charge you for every little thing, for consultations, they take your dog away instead of going over it with you in person. As for the service, I had to have a supervisor come in and go place over plans with me, which aren’t even price plans. They ended up having to refer me to somewhere else that was a low cost surgery vet hospital. Yet I still had to pay $230 for the surgery consultation even though they literally did nothing? They said it was like a copay at a doctors office but at least there you get what you came for. For a fracture surgery is 6k at BluePearl yet at the other place they’re only charging me $2200 for the same thing. Literally insane. BluePearl is horrible, they had me there 3 hours just to tell me they won’t help me or my dog. Also the supervisor didn’t seem the littlest bit interested in my dog, could tell he was thirsty yet didn’t offer water or pets. Like really and they’re the boss?

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to be brought to the facility. On a Thursday night my puppy and I went to VEG and was sent home with medication’s and monitoring. (Stage 1 IVDD). The next day, he had became paralyzed, and VEG instantly sent us to blue pearl given that they had a neurologist on site. Since it was a Friday in the middle of the night, there happened to not be a neurologist in the building, but we insisted on moving forward with surgery. At 8 AM the next morning on Saturday, Blue Pearl began calling surgeons to put my puppy in for emergency surgery. Not even 30 minutes later I received a call from a surgeon saying that we are in the works and okay to continue surgery. Basically be there in 2 hours. Blue pearl is a part of our story, and our miracle and my beagle and I could never be more thankful. They led us to the most wonderful surgeon. They will work with you in pricing if it is needed. The only downfall that I have to mention is that when you arrive, they do take your puppy and you are not able to sit or be with them. This was not a concern that I ultimately expressed so I do not know if they let people back with their pets. Thank you team!
