Dr. Patrick and Nurse Brian were wonderful from the beginning. They were very helpful with guiding us on how to care for our newly diabetic cat and they continue to help after we left the veterinary hospital. Thrive has been a blessing to us and are lucky to have their talented staff working there. Everyone who works there are very kind and care about your pet from start to finish. I’ve unfortunately been a few times with my pets and the service provided has been top notch.

We had to rush Benjamin for an emergency consultation one year ago. Little did we know we would not be able to bring him back home to continue enjoying his amazing company. 💔 Even though the loss continues to be challenging on so many levels, we would like to recognize the compassion, great care and professionalism of the team at this place and their associates @ Southeast Veterinary Referral Center displayed with Benjamin, Angela and myself. Took my dog here for treatment and saw Dr Williams. She was amazing. Very calm, took my dog right in and made suggestions as to tests which I did. The results came back super fast and they were able to treat her right away. I would definitely bring any of my animals to Thrive and would strongly recommend Dr Williams to everyone.

Although my cats squamous carcinoma was too large to preform surgery on, the specialist were very kind and caring. Offered plenty of options. Even did offer surgery but with the high chance of it returning. And with her lower jaw having ro be fully removed it just wasn't a good option for us. They were very nice. I drove from key largo to visit them.

I had a fantastic experience at this pet emergency clinic. The night staff were incredibly friendly and compassionate. The doctor went above and beyond, ensuring I stayed until my baby Rose was stable and well-cared for. I’m so grateful for their attentive and dedicated care!
