The pricing is phenomenal. HOWEVER!!! You have to be patient it’s usually long wait, the communication is horrible awful, AWFUL!!! Don’t bother leaving a voicemail. No one epically you back. If you try to email sometimes they respond but most times they don’t!! I’m trying to hang in there because of the great prices. But I’m pretty close to ditching them I’ve had it with their awful communication and when you say something about it they don’t acknowledge or apologize!!!

Used credit card to pay and was charged an additional $17.32 on top of $495 charge because I used credit it was upsetting enough to euthanize my daughter’s cat, but paying extra is an awful experience. I understand they are charged by their bank but that amount is ridiculous. Perhaps consider including the 3 1/2% in your fees and you could offer a 3 1/2% discount for paying cash if you wanted to. It is always a better experience to not have added fees when it is not clearly stated on your website.

I have been a loyal client of Paws2Help since 2019, bringing both of my dogs here for their care. Until recently, I was very satisfied with the services and the level of attention they provided. However, the past few months have been extremely disappointing and frustrating. My dogs are on heartworm prevention, and I typically order their medication through Chewy. Unfortunately, my recent orders were canceled because Paws2Help has been ignoring Chewy’s emails and phone calls for prescription approvals. Despite my dogs being up to date on their annual check-ups and heart worm tests, the clinic is simply denying all requests. It has become impossible to get in touch with them. Phone calls go unanswered, and if you visit the clinic in person, the wait time can be hours. This unresponsiveness is risking my dogs’ health, as there is no other way to purchase Revolution meds without their approval. What has happened to this clinic? Has there been a change in management? This is not the standard of care I’ve come to expect over the years, and it’s incredibly disappointing to see how far things have fallen. Paws2Help used to be a reliable and trusted resource, but their recent neglect is unacceptable. I hope they address these issues promptly before more pets are affected.

I took my cat to spay the surgery was good but be aware of the onesie that the clinic uses to sent your cat home because it’s not fit for cats, it came out 3 times that same day and it freaked her out so at the end I had to sow it on top of her neck

I had to put my beautiful dog to sleep yesterday. I was so upset and not sure how to go about the process. So I saw that they accepted walk-ins. I cannot say enough about the way they treated me, my son and our pet. They were so kind and compassionate. Also their pricing was beyond fair. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The DeLuca Family
