MedVet Jupiter

Our cat started acting really weird. We rushed her here around 11:45. They took us in immediately and got her in the back to be examined and tested within minutes. Luckily everything came back negative and she seemed healthy. Even acting normally again. We left a little after 12, not even there a whole hour. The service was so prompt. Everyone that helped us was so kind. Our cat didn’t even seem nervous around them. It’s nice to know there’s somewhere I can take my pet any time of the day, where I know I’ll get the best care. My dog got attacked by an off leash dog in my neighborhood, which was a first for me. She needed a bunch of stitches, sedation, a drain, meds etc. The vet tech Payton and Dr. Torres were superstars. They helped me navigate what to do, took really good care of her (my vet was impressed with how well the drain and stitches were done) and they were super compassionate with me, I was basically in shock. They also helped deal with getting the owner of the other dog to pay for the treatment so that was one less thing I had to worry about. Can't say enough good things, I am really thankful for this place!

This was my first time visiting this ER when my dog had an eye injury over a weekend. I had a bad experience at another nearby facility and wanted something different. The staff was great. Very kind and professional. One big issue for me was when we were in a room and an actual emergency came in, I was kept updated on the wait. Understanding that this is an ER and everything is based on priority, it makes a big difference when the staff takes the time to let you know they didn't forget you and another doctor would be coming in. A simple thing but it doesn't happen everywhere.

My newborn puppy had an issue with her hind legs. Dr. Yang was able to squeeze her in for an appointment. Even though I was a last minute fill in, she wasn't rushed or hurried in any way. The price was more than fair, one may even say downright cheap for the quality of the appointment. Then, going above and beyond she has stayed in touch with text. Reviewing videos and offering guidance. Just wow!!! Talk about going above and beyond my expectations.

The medvet rehab department is great. I wanted to discuss surgical and non-surgical options and make a game plan going forward, for my pup with hip dysplasia. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and there wasn't too long of a wait to get onto the schedule for a consultation (a couple weeks). Dr. Yang and her staff are great - they collected a detailed history and performed a really thorough exam. We had a lengthy discussion about all of our options and I signed up for ongoing rehabilition & acupuncture therapy. It is great to have such an awesome resource locally.
