Okay, so we’ve had both of our dogs here in the last month or so. One split a toenail down the middle and the other decided to eat an entire large order of onion rings… 😑 This place was wonderful both times. We have a vet that we use that’s closer to where we live, but we will never go anywhere else for anything that’s after hours. Great staff. Decent prices. Highly recommend.

Have to give only 1 star because this place lied to me about medications and overcharged me like nothing I have EVER seen before! $250, no testing done at ALL. We got 2 antibiotics, one pain pill for a week. 21 pills, over $150!! I priced them after on Chewy. $2.30 for a 30 pills Rx!!!! A total of under $10 for 90 pills! They looked at my dog, said they had to run nearly $600 in tests for what they thought it was. I refused. They gave me a bill, $5,200 to do surgery that day--after the initial visit charge and they insisted on the $600 in tests before surgery! Over $6,000 for surgery!!! Are you kidding?!?!? They gave me the name of another place in Orlando, and they did the surgery for $1200. Same surgery!!! Do yourself a favor. Just walk in that empty place one day, alone. See the luxury, high end flooring, doors, everything you see is top of the line where is does not need to be! Three employees at the front chatting and zero people there. This place is there for your money, not your pet! Editing to add in response to the offices response: $150 for 21 pills, which are priced well under $10 retail. There is ZERO excuse for that. That is price gouging!

Just took my Charlie in today to have his stitches removed. It's been two weeks since his surgery. Yes, I paid quite a bit for my little boy to get his hand and arm taken care of, but as a cat dad, it was worth it. After all, I did take him to an EMERGENCY hospital and I did know I'd pay more. My little boy was take care of, quite well. I like how the vet techs as well as the doctor's, take an honest care in your little babies. Remember one thing, you may pay a premium for the service going to an emergency hospital, but your little baby gets all kinds of things checked, to make sure they are are going to be ok for their procedure and that prior to any procedure, you will know to what extent any and all the injuries are. For my Charlie, we were very lucky, thank God. I'm more than grateful, to have paid for the services, to ensure his safety. He's home safe and with a clean bill of health. Thank you, for being just a mile from home and at the ready.

My dog suffered from anaphylaxis Thanksgiving night. Despite it being a holiday, the staff was friendly and got her into an exam room immediately. It’s a business so yes, you are expected to pay before treatment begins but they will show you the treatment plan and make sure you agree with it prior to payment. I didn’t feel as if the prices were unreasonable for an emergency vet. My baby ended up needing to stay for 24 hours and I received a phone call from the doctor at the time they told me to expect. They call every morning and evening with updates on your pet. If your pet has to spend the night, they will charge you a buffer in case anything pops up later but whatever is not used from that will be refunded. We were able to visit my dog in the morning as she wasn’t ready to go home yet. The discharge process seemed very thorough and didn’t feel rushed. My dog can be shy around new people but she seemed very happy and comfortable around all of the staff. It was clear they took great care of her.

Hands down the best animal emergency hospital. They are taking great care of my pets. They were able to get both my cats in right away and had them stay over night. All of the staff explained everything. Refreshments were made available to us coffee, tea water and even hot chocolate. We can’t express our gratitude and appreciation enough.
