I came here for an emergency with my dog (also commended by my primary vet). My dog needed to be hospitalized they said maybe for 2-3 days. It ended up being a day and a half and he’s been home over 24+ hours now and is doing so much better. All the doctors and nurses, Chrissy and Jerome, were amazing. They let me visit my baby when he was in ICU, which was very calming. Called me morning and night with updates on his vitals/lab work/results. If we ever have an emergency again, I’d feel safe bringing my babies here. Thank you again! 🫶🏼

This ER saved my cat’s life! Yes, it’s pricey but it is an emergency vet, even the human ER is expensive. At the end of the day I am willing to pay any amount to save my cat’s life as long as he gets quick and appropriate care, I know many people can relate. They were completely transparent with the costs up front and even gave me a range of minimum price to the maximum price I would be charged based on his initial intake. Within 10 minutes they already had my cat hooked up to an IV, I was very impressed especially after dealing with trauma from the ER I was originally sent to (story at the bottom of this review). My cat was doing really really bad, let me tell y’all... I wasn’t sure if he would even make it. Being a cat owner I also know sometimes vets prioritize dogs, but this place really took care of my cat. I even got a call at 2 AM with an update by the veterinarian. When I visited him the vet tech had written down notes she overheard from the veterinarian and her own observations in her little personal notebook to update me. I really wish I remembered her name but it was such a traumatizing time in my life I cannot recall it. Overall I truly believe their quick action to help my cat, saved him. Everyone was so patient and empathetic, I didn’t feel judged at all for being emotional. I pray I never have to go to a emergency vet again but if I do, I will ONLY go here. I included a picture of my baby who is doing really well now and just celebrated another birthday! {I was originally sent to a different local ER by my vet and they took my cat and kept him by himself in the back (with barking dogs) for OVER 4 hours and no vet even looked at him at the time. I had to demand my cat back and they still tried to charge me for intake when not one single service was rendered. When I asked for him back they didn’t give me the blanket he originally went in the back with or the blood I came with so my cat wouldn’t have to be poked more than he already got… I had to make a scene to get my things returned to me.}

Excellent emergency service! They have saved my dog twice. They were the only animal hospital that took my injured dog during new year’s eve, after calling 4 ER places in the area. I will be always grateful for that! They are professional and caring. Facilities are big, clean and modern. They are very considerate with the treatments, and despite the estimates being high at the beginning, the final bills have been lower. I feel my dog is safe here and I can trust them. The only bad thing is front desk, they are very slow and they leave you waiting for a long time and take a while to answer the phone or respond to messages; but the actual medical/vet personnel is excellent which I think is the most important.

Incredible Experience in a Horrible & Heartbreaking situation. I had to bring my almost 13 year old dog to this clinic in an emergency situation a couple nights ago. They couldn't have been more welcoming and compassionate. From the front desk staffed with 4 extremely kind women all the way through to Dr. Serio & Jerome. They took my dog back immediately & told me exactly what going on after a Quick flash ultrasound.... Unfortunately, It was exactly what I dreadfully expected. While they did give me an option for surgery, I knew the quality of my dogs life was not going to be better & possibly worse due to his already deteriorating condition & age and made the tough decision to let him go. The kindness & compassion of Dr. Serio and especially from Jerome was absolutely something so rare I cant even explain it. While the reason for my visit was heartbreaking & horrific to me... The staff made the experience at their facility better than I could have ever expected in such a heartbreaking moment. Im so appreciative to have found this place, what a godsend they were to myself & my boy in his time of need , Tho I hope I do not need to visit them again anytime soon, Glad to know that they are there. Would give 10 stars if able... Much Respect for this facility & their staff.

Words can't describe how thankful we are for this animal hospital! The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately our Brady didn’t make it, but they fought so hard for him. A special thank you to Peggy, she was so incredibly caring to our Brady boy up until the last second, her kindness and compassion is something we will never forget. It takes incredibly special people to do the work you all do! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
