We bought in my cat, T, completely worried that his injury was severe but after the first visit we got a clear understanding of his injury. Thankfully everything T needed was possible at the facility. The office provided a clear break down of the treatment cost and payment plans. The Drs and staffs treated him with great care and kindness, that he became very comfortable with them. After a few visits, my cat was healing so well from the treatments. We really appreciate everything the Drs and staffs did to make T feel safe and healthy again.

My bf and I have had the MOST stressful 3 days as our 4 yr old baby boy Miso (cat) was having issues urinating and only tiny bits of pee was coming out. We immediately took him to our vet down the street to our appt we booked with them, and the vet was too worried about what time she was getting off work. We left there and brought him to THIS clinic that was referred to us, and we couldn’t be MORE happy with the outcome! Sarah & Ken are AMAZING! 🩵🩵 They both talked us through everything going on, and set a plan for our baby! He had to stay overnight 2 nights as he wasn’t able to urinate after catheter removal after the first night, so he had to stay again. We were so worried that he wouldn’t be able to urinate on his own, and were told it would be quite pricey getting him into the bladder stone removal surgery. Well, yesterday around 5 pm, we got a call that our baby urinated twice and we could bring him home!!! We both cried tears of joy and jumped in the car SO fast! Both Sarah & Ken found us a vet that we could take Miso to to get his bladder stone removal that works with people financially- so we are excited to say he will be getting his surgery sometime this week or next! It was so refreshing to meet people that ACTUALLY care about animals and would 10/10 recommend this place and the staff to anyone! Our family is so blessed and happy to have Miso back home! He has a cat sister Roxy & dachshund brother Mac! 🥰🥰 THANK YOU sooo much Sarah & Ken!! 🙏🩵

Left our baby Nermal here. They were extremely helpful and compassionate and broke down everything going on with her and what was going to happen next. We left her over night and every time we checked in they updated us and I brought us the peace of mind we needed while she recovered. I would absolutely recommend for your pat's medical needs.

Over the past several years I have had to bring 4 pets to Animal Emergency Clinic of Brandon with procedures ranging from overnight IV fluids to euthanasia. Their prices are more reasonable than other local emergency animal hospitals. Most recently, Dr. Flores treated my cat who suffered from a urinary obstruction. She thoroughly explained the expected procedures and prognosis and communicated with my veterinary clinic with a successful outcome. I would not hesitate to return again in the event of a future veterinary emergency.

I just wanna say thank you to Dr. Flores, Sarah, And Nate Our dog G Has a foreign body stuck in his intestines, and I was planning on putting him down today because I could not afford the surgery. They called around everywhere until they could find someone who would work with the price I could afford. And I appreciate them because I would’ve had to say goodbye to my big baby If it wasn’t for them Working diligently G wouldn’t have had another chance . Thank you so much! I am so glad I went to this emergency vet. At the time I went, they weren’t that busy. Great communication
