I recently brought my dog in for her first visit with Dr. Vikki Parker, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care we received. Dr. Parker is truly amazing—she was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which put me at ease right away. The entire team was wonderful, but I have to give a special mention to Isabella and Alyssa. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and treated my dog as if she were their own. From the moment we walked in, they made sure we were comfortable and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. It’s clear this team genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Parker and her team for anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care!

We had to miss some appointments, not all at this specific location, and now although we have paid the entire year up front the office manager is forcing us to pay a “deposit” up front to schedule a visit and when we come they will refund or apply to services. All of this during hurricane aftermath, we had to evacuate and cancelled. Then the insurance assessor had to come when we had an appointment so we had to move again. This is after she forced us to pay the entire year due to late payments due to job loss during COVID that we did pay as soon as we could just late. The office manager personally took it on herself to email me immediately when late. Not quite sure it’s even worth it? I think the free pet paradise stays and the percentage off may make it? We live close though and like pet paradise so guess we’ll deal because our pup is used to it? Our dog’s records can also easily be shared. I think they are trying to get rid of us any way they can… awful office management.

Dr. Parker and her team are absolutely amazing, they go the extra mile and always keep costs in mind when making recommendations for treatment. We take our 3 dogs and 1 cat to her and we consider her and her staff family.

I've known Dr Parker for a few years. She is the reason I've taken my pets to Pet Paradise. Very good vet.

Pet Paradise has been taking care of our dog for about a year now and they have been attentive, professional and responsive to our needs.
