I can't thank all the staff enough for saving Coopers life. They were amazing ! Although the biopsy came back with aggressive cancer, Dr Love provided all the options to us in a clear, concise and very caring manner. She was terrific. Just knowing Cooper was receiving the best care possible gave us assurance he was at the right place.

This is hands down the best place we’ve ever been too! The staff is amazing and the doctors are incredible. This photo was taken after Karina finished her first full CHOP treatment for lymphoma. She’s 10 years old and is doing amazing. She loved coming down here, week after week, she couldn’t wait to jump in the car and go and ever cried with excitement as we got closer, which tells me she was treated like a princess. From the staff at reception, to each technician to Dr. Love herself, we were always met with smiles and comfort. This was our family’s first time having a dog with cancer and it has been one of the scariest things we’ve ever been through. I didn’t know what to expect and spent many nights awake crying. After the first round of treatments, seeing the care she got here and how well she did helped so much. I’m so excited to say she made it thru the whole thing with very minimal side effects and barely skipped a beat. I know lymphoma isn’t curable, but I’m confident that when it returns, the staff at Cornell will help us get through it. Thank you so much for your care and support!

Everyone on staff I engaged with for the appointment from reception to consult to exit was friendly, kind, and professional. I especially appreciated the time and patience Dr. Bentley took in explaining what was going on with my dog (she even drew on a white board and had a model), sharing her insights and expertise, and recommending next steps. She was thorough, thoughtful, and put me at ease, answering my many questions. I had a very good experience at CUVS. Expertise with kindness and compassion

Dr Flynn and Riley were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Flynn and Riley are very patient and gracious with their time. Not rushing us out. Took time to explain and didn't make us feel like a burden even when I asked questions about the final payment. They took the best care of Logan and saved his life. Suggestions for other pet parents is to ask questions around the pricing to have transparency and not receive a surprise at checkout

We had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Geddes and his team at CUVS. My 1-yr-old kitten accidentally broke his canine in a fall, and the only way to preserve the tooth with alive nerve and blood vessels was through vital pulp therapy within 48 hours of the accident. We called all veterinary dentists in MA and NH, but none of them accepted emergency dental cases or were available for a consultation until February 2025. The only place we found with on-site dentists was CUVS. Although we knew the chances of getting a same-day consultation with a board-certified dentist were small, we still gave it a shot and drove nearly 4 hours from MA to their location. We were extremely lucky that someone suddenly canceled their dental procedure, and Dr. Geddes was willing to see us. After examining my kitten, Dr. Geddes decided to perform a surgery the same day, even though it meant working until 8 pm on the night before Christmas Eve. During the procedure, Dr. Geddes even uncovered a suspected cystic structure near my kitten’s canine that required further diagnosis and treatment to prevent tooth extraction. The surgery was performed beautifully, and the biopsy incision was small and clean. We call it a December miracle that my kitten was cared for by such a knowledgeable and caring dentist and successfully had his lovely tooth preserved.
