We so appreciate Dr. Williams' support and compassion when we had to contact her for in-home euthanasia for our beloved Lab Buddy. While Dr. Williams was not our regular vet, we immediately felt at home with her, her assistant, and on the phone with office staff. Everyone was compassionate and reassuring, and Dr. Williams kept us informed every step of the way during the process. We are grateful for all that was done for us during this difficult time. Highly recommend Dr. Williams and her office.

Over the years, I have used a number of veterinarians and in all that time, I have NEVER once had a vet apologize for a high bill. The fact that Dr. Williams did shows me that she is conscious of cost and empathetic to the caregivers of animals as well as to the critters themselves. Let's face it, compassionate veterinary practices have become motivated businesses and it is rare to find otherwise. Stick with Dr. Williams. She knows her stuff, plus she is reasonable. She is a welcome and uncommon find.

I've used Tracey since 1995 for a dog and quite a few cats. She is the most competent, compassionate, and pleasant vet I've ever had. She continually goes above and beyond what you'd expect and always presents both conservative and more aggressive treatments for illnesses. She's up front about costs and willing to work with you to manage your pet's care within your budget. She treats my animals like her own pets. And the convenience and comfort (for the pets) of her coming to our home can't be beat. Jeana, her assistant, is equally superb. You cannot go wrong with Dog and Cat House Calls.

Dr. Williams and her assistant Gina are great! So nice to have them come to the house to see my three dogs instead of me taking them into an office. They are very personable and so great with the dogs.

Thank you Dr. Williams for coming to our home during a pandemic, in order to send our baby to a better place when he could no longer stand or walk on his own. You were a miracle for our family in a time of confusion, fear and loss. Our three kids were able to say goodbye to their best friend in silence and peace. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without you. Thank you also for the very thoughtful card that we just received. It means a lot to us that you would care and take the time to send that.
