I hesitate to leave a bad review because the staff are volunteers providing low cost service, so I understood when coming to them that I may not receive the most attentive service. However, the disorganization here meant I wasted my time and gave my animal unneeded stress. I told them ahead of time my cat was cryptorchid (undescended testicle), and they scheduled his neuter for a date the doctor who could do that procedure was available. However, two hours after dropping him off they called to “inform” me he was cryptorchid (I already told them he was) and said I would need to reschedule for a month later because the correct doctor was not available. To their credit, they acknowledged their mistake and offered to refund my deposit after I declined to reschedule with them. I’m sure their services are fine for a standard spay or neuter, but if you can afford the extra money I think it’s worth it to make sure your pet gets attentive care.
They did a great job working with my 3 dogs. They made them feel comfortable and took their time.
Pretty friendly. Simple quick and easy. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff the only one thing I’m concerned is the price range also and the scheduled time was wrong. Where I wanted a specific date and they state it’s not the date.. so I don’t know.
I feel like this place needs to have a better payment plan for people that cant just pull 2300 out of there pockets to save our dogs life they wouldnt even touch her tell the money was payed they were gonna ket our dog die unless all the money was payed up front. Sone people ljve pay check to oay check and cant affored that. Makes me so mad. 😭😡 do better be better.
Everything went well besides, I was not warned about the no flea collar rule which would’ve been nice to know since my cat had a $80 seresto flea collar that had to get disposed of which I would’ve definitely not left on if I knew they weren’t allowed.
