ACCESS South Bay

I really don’t know how to appreciate Access enough. They have saved each of our dogs’ lives TWICE. Once was bloated which is so often deadly, another was identifying and successfully treating a condition that 10 other vet visits and thousands of dollars lab work couldn’t pinpoint. This most recent visit required a surgery on an 11 year old dog. My old girl came through like a champ and she’s on the mend. Everyone there took the time to answer my questions, and they even identified a potential tumor and removed it too. There is always sticker shock with Access, but sleep so well knowing that when either of girls are there, they are in the hands of the best vets I have ever known.

Always a great experience. I run a 501c3 rescue and the staff here is always so caring and helpful when I've got a middle of the night rescue emergency. On this particular night I was called to help rescue a little female bulldog off the streets of Compton, who appeared to have maybe been poisoned. It turns out her ears had been butchered and were extremely infected, so that problem was addressed without asking me to perform other types of Diagnostics that at that point were not necessary.

I haven't had to bring my pets here for any emergency. Although I will be bringing my cat for a specialty soon. I would like to say that they were wonderful when we had to put our baby girl down in an emergency situation. We couldn't wait to do it at home the next day and they were wonderful. They gave us time with our pet. They were compassionate and she went peacefully. They gave us our own room and she was able to just be with us and go to sleep. Thank you for everybody there who is so understanding of how much we loved our pet.

My dog was not behaving herself and I took her here to get checked. Not only were they very kind and professional, Dr Olson was so patient with me, taking her time to answer all my questions. The vet techs also took their time to explain my dog's aftercare as well, and really made sure I understood it all. I appreciated the staff and you can tell they really love animals. Thank you all for taking care of my baby! 🥹❤️

I was referred to Access by my veterinarian Bay Animal Hospital as my baby girl who was 16 years old, was battling kidney disease. The doctors and staff at access were amazing with all they did for my girl! I can never thank them enough they went above and beyond for us, and I truly appreciate them.!
