We have had an unfortunate week with our cat resulting in him needing to be seen by cardiology, internal medicine, emergency, and now surgery. Every doctor and staff member I have interacted with has been wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient. One of his doctors from another department even came to visit me when she heard our cat was in their emergency facility. I was nervous about a few reviews I read, but a few things need to be considered when visiting an ER: the team is extremely busy, everything is expensive, and they can’t tell you what’s wrong without doing diagnostics. They are very upfront about needing payment, but are quick to refund if not everything was needed. I am so relieved to have found a trustworthy vet team after recently moving here!

I had to bring my uncle’s cat in last night. Unfortunately, it was evident immediately that there was little to no hope. Everyone at the clinic was incredible - so kind, supportive, warm, and empathetic. Taryn, especially, had so much heart. From the moment I called on the phone, she was helpful and kind, and even reminded me to drive safe. Everyone there was so human and present for me and my uncle’s cat. The clinic itself is very clean. I’m grateful to everyone there, and I am grateful to know this place is here.

My dog has B cell lymphoma and was transferred to this VCA after she’s done her first couple rounds of chemo at another VCA. Today she’s received her last dose of chemo and I wanted to leave a comment here to thank all the staffs that gave her all the love and care. The whole team went out of their way to accommodate her during her visits. When she had to be medically boarded, she almost felt like at home and was always excited to see every staff. I want to thank Philip for reminding me weekly for her appointments; Christine for greeting us every morning that we visited; Laura for making sure she always get what she needed and spoil her more than I do; Dr. Colosi for always communicating about her situation and making sure we have the optimal treatment plan; and everyone else from either the oncology dept or the ER dept that took good care of her. I never had to worry about her when I leave her with the team for the day. I’m sure she will miss all of you too.

The gentleman at the reception with the stylish ring was incredibly hospitable. He ensured that my husband, our pet, and I were comfortable and well cared for. I also witnessed him extend the same courtesy and kindness to every patient who came in. He’s truly a warm and empathetic presence, and having someone like him representing the facility is exactly what’s needed in times of distress.

Had a good experience here, despite receiving not so great news. Our cardiologist was very thorough and kind, as were the receptionists and vet techs/assistants. As other reviews have noted, they get their money upfront and will refund if needed so mentally prepare if that procedure would bother you.
