At Home, At Rest Pet Euthanasia

Dr Kuty was wonderful. She made the difficult decision of putting our beloved cat to sleep so much easier in the comfort of our home. We really appreciated that she didn’t make us feel rushed, and had a calm demeanor that made us and our cat feel comfortable. I loved that she carefully and respectfully carried him out in a nice basket and returned his ashes to us personally.

So kind, so professional, rapid reply and appointment. Our kitty had kidney failure, went downhill pretty quick. I had already taken him to the regular vet, but our kitty would howl the whole way--we live in the mountains, recently moved deeper/higher up, so its about an hour drive each way to get to his usual vet. When the time came, part of me hoped kitty would pass on his own, but in his case it was clear that was not going to happen without a lot of discomfort for everybody. I knew I did not want to stress out my kitty on his final journey. So, we called Dr Kuty. Her assistant got us set up for a home visit . Dr kuty came out at 8 am, sat with us in one of his favorite places, and then put him to sleep in my arms. Of course we cried . Dr kuty took good care of my fur baby though. And her team also followed up with us after, letting us know there are grief support options, etc. They offer lovely cremation service as well, with options for a pawprint to keep. Overall very happy with her services, reccomend to any one who needs to send their baby over to the other side.

Dr. Kurty was everything we could have hoped for and asked for at this difficult time. We were going to contact her for at-home euthanasia, but didn't quite get that far. Our 13-year-old beloved dog Deuce passed overnight on a Friday. Her office hours began at 4 am which was extremely helpful after having discovered he had passed a few hours earlier and needing support and guidance. Originally there was no one available that day to help, but I was given a couple of referrals. Before they even opened, I received a call back that Dr. Kurty would be able to do the transport herself. Her office was very detailed and efficient with the exact services we wanted and taking care of payment, etc. When Dr. Kurty arrived, she was very sympathetic about our loss and wanted to ensure she did everything she could to make it easier and the experience we wanted/needed. She offered us a clip of his fur, if we wanted to send anything with him, etc. She treated him like the beloved family member he was while doing the difficult tasks of cleaning him up and getting him ready to go. Afterwards she followed up with a text and within the week an email with helpful resources and more kind and comforting words. We will always be grateful for her care and compassion during this time. Through an immensely sad and difficult time, Dr. Kuty was absolutely wonderful. I wouldn't have changed a thing and I highly recommend her. Her staff is also very nice and understanding. They were very patient on the phone. Although they are not able to pick up every call since they're counseling others, they always got back to me within an hour or so. Excellent service all around!

If you are going through this , considering putting your precious pet companion down just know it will never be easy no matter what .I cant compare it to anything else but to loosing a family member and that’s exactly what it is . That being said I can’t imagine going through this experience without the assistance and support of kind , compassionate ,understanding and educated soul such as Dr. Kuty. She made the process so easy and was full of love and compassion and support and understanding throughout the whole process .Dr. Kuty and her support staff are all first class . She showed us and our beloved pet plenty of love and compassion from day one to few weeks later when she brought back the ashes of our beloved and now RIP forever freckles . We strongly recommend Dr. Kuty’s services for any family that needs help with eliminating suffering and pain for their beloved pet and help with easy and comfortable passing .
