Over the last year+, I have brought in 3 cats. One we found a home for and 2 that own us. The first few visits were for annual checkups and vaccinations. The experience was great, thorough, and most of all, my babies came home just as perky as they left. Their last vet vaccination visit prior to discovering Banfield was to a different clinic, and our cats came home slow, lethargic, and not eating. I angrily called that former vet because I thought they killed our cats. Banfield treated our babies with care, and for that, they have my vet loyalty. Our oldest cat had dental work done under anesthesia this week. Even with the drugs in his system, he came home a little slow, but eating and drinking. He is much better today and almost back to his annoying, grumpy self. Thank you, Banfield, for caring for our babies.
Dr. Sullivan is in my top 3 all-time favorite veterinarians and I've been a pet owner in one form or other for over 35 years! The only thing I dislike about Banfield is they no longer have in person, one on one, appointments unless you're adamant about seeing the veterinarian. This policy is a remnant from the Covid protocol era. I understand that it's probably more efficient this way however, unless you're there for simple vaccinations, you probably want a little face time with the Doctors. Lord knows that's the least they could do with the absorbent cost of Vet visitations these days!
This is Julie I take Tiny to Banfield in Salinas, ca . Dr Murillo is the best Dr. we just love her for our pet. She is awesome with Tiny. When I say her name Tiny ears go up and he wags his tail and goes to the door . She has done wonders for my doggie. She is so caring and loving. She always comes out to talk to us about Tiny care and any treatment if any . She is a very knowledgeable Dr. I will not trade her for the world . I hope she is here for a long time to come. I give her 5 stars. If I could give her more I would. I love her personality as well. I can go on all day about how awesome she is. Thank you Dr Murillo for your awesome care and dedication to my Tiny . We put our up most trust in Dr Murillo.
They were able to squeeze me and my Lucky Boy in for a check up. The Dr and assistants were all very friendly and patient. In fact, everyone from the front desk on back was lovely, professional, and kind to both pet owners and their pets as they came through the door.
I've been going to Banfield pet hospital for almost 3 years for my 12year old cat joe Friday and I love it my vet Dr. Sullivan. Is the best and I Recommend her to all of my friends and co-workers. She treats your pet like her own and loves your pet as equally as much as you she explains everything you need to know or watch out for when it comedown to a pet with health problems my cat joe Friday was Diagnosed with stage 2 Kidney disease in 2020 and we as a team managed it for almost 2 years in February 2023 his health started to down hill he had An upper respiratory infection that kick off to an even more extreme experience for me he got an ear infection in April and we then found out his kidney disease was at the last stages Stage 4. Dr. Sullivan Is there every step of the way and tells you where to go for specialists. We then found out he had a mass in his abdomen that was Cancerous. He went down hill so fast in one month and haveing a great vet that helps and communicates and tells you everything good or bad is the best you can ask for. I had to let joe Friday cross the rainbow bridge in May of 2023 2 weeks after finding out he had cancer it was hard and hurt alot Dr. Sullivan was there with me and for me every step of the way holding my hand through the hardest Decision. I had to make and still being there after my pet as passed Banfield and Dr. Sullivan I truly say with love from the bottom of my heart that this is a great hospital to go to!!.
