Vista always provides our animals with top tier care during emergencies! This time, we came in for our dog’s broken leg. We were seen quickly, everything was well explained, and my dog was treated kindly by all staff on site! She had to work with three different doctors due to the severity of her injury and each doctor was amazing! They were very knowledgeable and each one took the time to explain their procedures to us and the best course of action for her recovery. We had to deal with various desk staff in person and on phone calls during our multiple visits for treatment and were treated with empathy and kindness. All the techs were also able to answer various questions to make us comfortable with her care. She should be running again soon! Thank you Vista!!!

The doctor and staff were kind and super understanding with our dog, Mochi, and situation! They took the time to explain what was possibly going on and our options moving forward. They made sure something was done for Mochi and her comfort. Thank you!

Vista has come through for my family and I on multiple occasions. Back in 2017, our family pup was saved after being hit by a car (he's 10 lbs) and has lived a healthy life ever since. He had surgery done to put a pin in his bad leg, was hospitalized for a month, but now he's 16, and again, couldn't be healthier. Our pup Rocco has been in a couple times for a respiratory illness over Thanksgiving of all times, and for eating his bed of all things. He received great care and made full recoveries both times. Finally what brought me to finally write a review is for the excellent care of my baby Callie. She was first seen for some episodes of vomiting, which cleared, but then she had more vomiting and diarrhea two weeks later paired with no eating. I was given a range of options, and luckily due to pet insurance was willing to do whatever it took to get to the bottom of what was causing her illness. We first did an ultrasound, aspirates to rule out cancer, followed by secondary testing as symptoms were not improving. Since her second time being treated, she came home and finally ate something. You don't even know how relieved I am. The test results for cancer came back negative and I’m quite relieved but hoping the other test that’s not as extreme provides some answers, and we're able to find a path forward. Also, all the Vista staff has been so great with my Callie. Since she's on the anxious side, at other ER facilities, she's needed to be sedated to be examined (which I'm not against) but I think it just goes to show that she at least felt comfortable enough to let the vet techs and vet do what they needed to do to examine her. I was shocked when she was carried out and brought back to me on her multiple visits, because usually she's picky about allowing strangers to handle her like that. The front desk staff has also been exceptional, fielding multiple phone calls of mine while stressed. Also I'd like to give a shout out to the vet tech who saw us today (I wish I'd caught her name) but she calmed me down when I was pretty upset just due to all the stress this weekend caused. What was supposed to be a nice three day weekend was the opposite of relaxing, and here it was business as usual with quality care and service. I will always choose Vista for my pup's ER needs, if they're in taking. Additionally yes, expect to pay for their quality services. Pet health services are expensive no matter where you go, which is why pet insurance is so critical.

On New Year’s Day my boy Keanu started having significant GI issues, which culminated in a very scary 72 hour period! Thank goodness for the amazing veterinary warriors at @vistaveterinaryspecialists who took amazing care of Keanu, researching every possible differential to identify the source and solution for what ailed my little guy! I am forever grateful to Dr. Anita Cecil and Dr. Chey Bernal 🫶🏻🐾

We brought our 12/year old GSD in for emergency care and the assistants were friendly, thorough, and helpful. My senior dog received excellent care and we brought him home within a couple hours with a diagnosis, care plan, and medications. Thank you Vista for your professionalism and compassion during a stressful time.
