Haven't had any issues so far. Visits: They have been great but our visits are only once a year. We did however come for emergency for a hernia before covid days for our puppy at that time. They were great and referred to us to a great surgeon. Waiting: Did not have to wait a long time. They answered all my questions and were pretty patient w/all my questions and informative. They have a lot of different vet doctors so I think it all depends on who you get?

I can't thank Adobe Animal Hospital enough for the excellent care they provided for my cat, Woolly! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Woolly was a bit nervous, but the team handled him with such gentle care and patience that he quickly settled down. The veterinarians and staff are highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable with the care he received. Adobe Animal Hospital truly goes above and beyond for their patients and their owners. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional veterinary team. This place is great! My dog always gets the best care here and everyone is very welcoming. The vet is very thorough in explaining things. Also, I was given multiple solutions which is greatly appreciated. Although my dog was not happy to be there, we knew we were in good care.

The people part of the experience was excellent ... techs who greeted us before surgery and afterwards were super caring with my dog and answered any questions I had. Likewise the Doc called after the surgery. Felt very comfortable with the knowledge of all staff. Reason not 5 stars is the high cost.
