Dr.Lauren GreenField and her team are the best in Animal Urgent Care in California. The Best care in California ! They are so sweet,kind & nice people. Thank you for an amazing work. My little Jasmine puppy got a left eye surgery last night. Jasmine is safe and fine today . God Bless you guys .

We moved here a few months ago and had yet to establish vet care. Unfortunately our elderly cat (17.5) declined suddenly. I brought Grace Anne to Urgent Care and they were so warm and helpful at a very difficult time. They guided us through end of life care for our Grace Anne. If they can handle such a tender situation with a stranger that well, I have no hesitation in recommending them for all other care.

Our boxer bit a bee and of course got bit back. She is acutely allergic to wasp/bee stings so initially there was swelling. Then the hives and within 30 minutes her entire face and head was swollen. Gave her 2 benedryl to get her down the hill, from VC to Escondido. It was only 6pm so it wasn’t busy in the office but I think the risk of her throat closing up they got her in ASAP and on a IV of 2 medications. Within 30 minutes the swelling looked much better and we were on our way home. It’s been 2 days now and she is back to her old self. Just a heads up for other pet parents. I have seen these after hours vet clinics packed. A dozen pet parents waiting and a few hour wait should be expected if not an extreme emergency. The vet/tech will make a good judgement on who is seen first. While I was there a pet parent who was asked to wait 30 minutes, got mad and left. I would highly recommend them for your fur babies👍

The staff at Animal Urgent Care were fabulous and very calm during our pet emergency. Our dog ate rat poison in the desert. We called them to let them know we were on our way (2 hr drive). They are one of the only 24 hour Vet ER facilities available! The staff was ready for us when we arrived. The Veterinarian Dr. O'Hara was very personable and caring and took good care of our dog during our visit. We were lucky our dog was able to go home that night and he is doing well. Thank you Animal Urgent Care team for treating and saving our dog!

We had such a positive experience with Animal Urgent Care! When our dog ingested a toy, they saw him immediately with care and love. They were extremely transparent about the pricing. Upon picking him back up after surgery the next night, the technician’s customer care was excellent. They took the time to explain follow up care in a very thorough manner. We are so appreciative for their help and support.
