Everyone here is so great and made my experience as best as possible! My bunny was sick and no where else in the area would take him in, but they got him in quickly even for a weekend. Each person who saw him was super friendly, asked a lot of info about his situation, and immediately provided supplies and food while waiting to make him comfortable. They gave me many options for care and clearly explained the cost for each part of the plan and were able to work out what I could do for him in my budget. It was still an expensive trip but well worth it because the vets are very knowledgeable and set me up with supplies to help my bunny make a full recovery!! would definitely come back
What a special experience - I wish human ER's were like this! We were worried about our dog having vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy and other symptoms so decided to take her into this clinic instead of waiting to see our vet the following day. I was so incredibly impressed with this place and wish they were also regular vets because I would switch right away. From the staff to the open concept to the values on their wall, it was an amazing experience every step of the way. They take you back immediately and you are instantly welcomed, communicated with and cared for. You can tell the staff really cares. The fact that you are with your pet during all procedures and that they sit on the floor and come to you and how they speak to your pet ... just completely puts the pet at ease. I can't say enough about this place - it's expensive yes, but I'm not sure the procedures are drastically more than your regular vet and it is an emergency place and honestly worth every penny. I wish I could give this place 10 stars
The facility is phenomenal! What a huge breath of fresh air in regards to the treatment of our pet children! Being able to stay with my little girl at all times meant the world to me! VEG is actually even more quick, efficient, and compassionate than human urgent care facilities! Entire staff was professional, friendly and caring - from the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors. Can’t wait for the location near me to open in the South Bay! I’ve been telling all of my friends about VEG! THANK YOU
I brought my daughter in around 3:42 AM, and the doctor didn't arrive until almost 7am. While everyone was incredibly kind, the doctor quoted me over $5,000 for her bloody diarrhea. I'm grateful for the effort they put into exploring options, but it has left me feeling quite traumatized. The nurses were wonderful, going above and beyond to help us through the process.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I brought my kitty in yesterday morning because he was repeatedly vomiting and foaming at the mouth. I called ahead and received a text link to fill out the intake paperwork and once I arrived we were seen immediately by the doctor and vet tech. Dr. Salazar and nurses Andrea and Samantha were absolutely wonderful to me and my kitty. They were very thorough and took the time to explain to me everything they were doing and what could be wrong. You can tell that they love what they do, have huge hearts for animals, and are truly passionate about veterinary medicine. They treated my kitty like he was their own. Because my kitty needed an ultrasound, the radiologist was not going to be in until later in the afternoon, so they allowed my kitty to stay there during the day and set him up with a nice little condo complete with a cozy bed, blanket, and litterbox. The little things they do to keep the fur babies comfortable meant to much to me. They have the Feliway diffuser in all the exam rooms (its a pheromone that helps calm nervous kitties), they have sound machines to play nature noises, and will even play animal videos for them if needed. I have never seen anything like it. When we were discharged, I was given very detailed notes on how to continue my kitty's care at home. Thank you so much to VEG for taking such wonderful care of my fur baby!!
