Very nice and professional staff! Prices are very inexpensive and affordable for everyone! They even offer rattlesnake vaccines too which is uncommon to find. Dr Janet Lokin, the vet there most times, is amazing and reminds of an old country doctor. Very knowledgeable and down to earth.

UPDATE! I received a call from a manager the same day, she was very professional, listened, apologized and assured me she would follow up with the staff and get their side of the events. Like I stated before it was very hot that day and it was almost closing time for them so Im sure it was just a bad day. I appreciate the prompt follow up from the manager and will continue to go back because they are the most convenient and more affordable. With the exception of the one who was adminsitering the vaccines (only reason Im given 3 stars instead of 1), the ladies working today 7/24 at the bonita location are so rude. As I stood in line waiting I watched as they all rolled their eyes and answered rudely to clients asking them questions. There was some confusion on my part and needed clarification, one of the ladies rudely explained that if we dont come back witihn 3 months to get the rest of the vaccines that are due we are charged again even tho we already paid for the entire package upfront. When I asked if it says that on the website or on the paperwork she just stared at me and said "NO" without any further explanation. I know it's less expensive than other clinics and that is appreciated and I know it is very hot out and some pets are more difficult to deal with but they shouldn't take it out on the rest of the clients.

We were referred to this location by a family pet owner. As a new owner we are so careful of who we bring our pet too. The ladies were friendly and informative. Highly recommend this place for vaccinations!!

Such an awesome service! Our bully rescue girl has come a long way but she can be fearful at times so we were excited to find out about this service. I set up our appointment via text and the veterinary team let us know when they were on the way and they arrived promptly. They are clearly experienced, prepared, and professional and handled our special girl with care. Their prices are more than reasonable for the services and peace of mind provided. Highly recommended!
