Anderson Veterinary Clinic, A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner

Dr. Kathy Smith was so thorough, practical and sensitive to our new rescue dog Beau's needs. The staff is wonderful too. They did a bang-up job of decorating for Halloween -- no doubt emblemstic of how they approach everything they do. We will continue going to Anderson Vet for our dog's medical needs.

There are no words that describe how great this clinic is but I will try. I've taken my friend's cat to 2 other clinics trying to get her skin issues fixed. Never has she been treated so well. At the other clinics she was a dollar sign, the only staff that kind of pretended to care (not very convincingly) was the doctor. Reception was disinterested at best, often down right rude. Every single person I encountered at Anderson Vet was friendly. The love of animals each person working here has is very apparent. The doctor (Dr. Smith) herself listened to my long story with patience, I didn't feel rushed to get it out so that I forgot to ask questions or give information. I was able to explain everything we'd been through and ask every question. She was compassionate and really heard me. Not only did she recommended what was truly best for the kitty but reached out after we left with more information. Every text, call, and email was promptly responded to. She reached out to a dermatologist to confirm her recommended treatment was appropriate. She called me personally with lab results. The world of difference between this clinic and all others I've encountered is remarkable. I am so impressed that I have transferred my 3 furbabie's care to Anderson Vet Clinic. 5 stars are not enough, they deserve 10 stars!! I will not take any animal under my care anywhere else.

Anderson Vet Clinic is the best. They are welcoming and efficient. The staff and Dr's are knowledgeable and patient. I've been using them for 20+ years. I will never go anywhere else for my pet's health care.

Anderson Veterinary Clinic has gone above and beyond for my pets. They know every pet by name and remember them. My first experience with them was with my beloved Twyx. My grandmother mainly took care of him as I was away at college and she grew attached… as did AVC. He had many knee problems as most Pomeranians do and they took the best care of him as they could until his last breath. The vets and techs cried with us (professionally) as we let him go to doggy heaven. I knew right then I needed to bring my new dogs here. So now, my rescued fur babies get taken care of very well and EVERY vet we deal with is kind and professional and HONEST. Thank you AVC!
